1. Rules during vacation - Hotel decides where you have to sit during breakfast and dinner and you have to sit at the same table during all your stay. 2. Pool towels can be changed only 2 times per week. 3. Unconvenient dinner and breakfast time. And if you late to breakfast - no food options until 12:30 in the bar. 4. No kids menu and no actual pool for kids. Would not recommend it if you are with kids. 6. Check your bills - they tripled our expenditures during the dinner and haven’t event apologized.

Location was spot on,plenty to to do in the area,lovely places to eat (some were a little pricey) nice shops ,easy access to supermarkets and not far from Alcudia. We stepped out of our apartment and onto the pool,we overlooked the beach from both sides of our apartment. We also stepped almost straight onto the beach which is beautiful and combed every morning. The jetty a few steps away picked us up for boat trips. The food was spot on. The outside pool was a little cold at the beginning of the week but fine 2 days before we left (we arrived 4th June) The staff were great. The entertainment was brilliant! Taxi rank right around the corner. We would return.

The pool in the greenhouse was insanely hot and made both my kids quite ill when they swallowed the water,that was the only thing we didn't like. The other tiny issue was when we booked an excursion it wasn't at all clear where to get the bus. Tui even had a photo of the wrong bus stop to send you to,when pick up wasn't anywhere near it. Luckily the driver hunted down us and the others going on the same trip.

Rooms were pretty, spacious and comfortable and so was the big terrace. The location is nice, directly at the beach (note, however, that sunbeds at the beach are public and cost extra). Staff was friendly overall.

The biggest disadvantage is for sure the food situation. To start with, everything in the dining room is filthy and outdated. I never saw clean plates, glasses or cuttlery during my stay. It seems they don't wash them with water hot enough. "Cleaned" plates are placed completely wet back at the buffet which makes your food soup. Having said that, the food itself is of very very low quality, bland and prepared with no love at all. E.g. they served Tilapia every night - no lower quality in fish possible. All the desserts were deep-frozen, convenience products. Nothing fresh nor homemade was to be found on this buffet. Some more things I have noticed which are not 4* worthy: no water bottles in the room and you are only able to exchange beach towels twice a week during a short time slot...

We asked to see the manager to resolve an issue we were having on our first day. His customer service was appalling- he talked over us and pointed at us whilst speaking in a raised voice. He offered no level of understanding of our issue. We did not even raise the fact that breakfast was poor - cold coffee, dirty crockery. The rooms were quite nice but we checked out after 1 night such was our dissatisfaction.

We opted for Breakfast and Dinner, that was awesome. Great options to chose. great place to eat Close to beach. 30 sec walk into beach. Great indoors pool with Sauna and steam room 2 outdoor pools were also wonderful The daily activities (For kids, Karaoke nights, dance nights) were all well organized. The attached bar was great The kids had wonderful time, Staff were very friendly/patient with kids's demand (TT table, football, badminton as well as Mini golf) Great location in terms visiting other parts of Mallorca

Buffet was ok, but cleanliness was a bit spotty. Inside pool is only open for kids until 14:00.

Small rooms and sea view room is the same as non sea view room, no difference at all. We wanted to have an upgrade with sea view, but firsty we wanted to see the room as the price was about 300€ higher. We came to the room and asked ok this is sea view? Can you show us a non sea view room? We went to see the standard room and it was exactly the same, just at lower floor… We were so dissapointed. The staff at the reception was so confused, just one man was cabable of good handling of hotels guests. The manager of the restaurant was rude, we asked for another table and he told us with a very rude tone that that is it, that he gave us a bigger table and that we can get only a smaller one. Overall the hotel is no way a 4 star hotel.

Rooms are very old, kitchen especially. Loud music (live music) during the evenings 9-10 PM can be bothersome when you have kids. Hotel guests have to pay for sun beds on the beach.

The breakfast quality is mediocre. The cleanliness could be better. The fridge didn't work, the sockets in the room were loose. Some things should also be renovated (no light in the sauna, the paint is coming off the walls...)

Truly excellent location for instant access to the beach only a one minute walk from the main entrance. Staff at Los Principes are extremely friendly & very helpful. Amenities at the hotel & the nightly entertainment is excellent. Lovely Breakfast each morning & the evening dinner is truly superb. Dinning at this hotel is outstanding superb. Rooms also are very comfortable & clean.

The breakfast: is okay. But why to use table towels, when you are not able to change them? This is old fashioned, needs tones of water to wash them, staff wasn’t enough to change them, so they were ALWAYS dirty. In 2022 having a table without cover is fine!!! And saves you a lot. Saves you time on cleaning and money on washing it. You should 100% adopt this idea. Invest on a beautiful table and leave these dirty covers behind!!! Behind the curtains there are black stains and the ventilation on the ceiling is so dirty! On some tables there were lots of dead mosquitos. The salt doesn’t come out as it’s dirty. Bread is ALWAYS old. Everyday we had hard breads. You need to wait to become a table for breakfast and then you get a dirty table with dirty cups and cutlery. Rooms are okay, besides the dead mosquitos with blood on the ceiling and walls (#410) The beds are loud, super uncomfortable and separated, horrible. The staff on the reception are a bit confusing and didn’t even ask how our stay was at the check out. Staff at the bar and breakfast were fine! The bar and the shows at night entertained very well, we had fun! Spa was good! The pool is fine, but you can only use it from 8am till 6pm. (Staff was confused about this information) another thing is, ANYONE can use the pool. It’s open. You can’t trust on only leaving your stuffs on the sun bed. This should be fixed. All other hotels (inclusive at your neighbor hotel) you need a card to have access to the hotel and pool part. At this hotel ANYONE (guests and non guests) can come in and out of the area, and plus use it as a pass to the street. HORRIBLE! They do give you towels for outside which is good. This is FAAARRRR from a 4* hotel.

I booked a seaside view room but i got a room at the end of the garden facing the back of an other room. I requested to change it but they were fully booked. They offered to revisit the topic next day but it just didn’t make sense to change room for one day. Also, the bathroom was not great. The door was making extremely loud cracking sounds, the door didn’t seal and the shower cabin couldn’t be properly closed.
