Since the check-in is not hotel-like but an air-bnb system: -the check-in was stressful, the required authorization letter to be provided by studio owner was not sent in earlier, -there was a long wait before the authorization to occupy was sent to the apartment admin before I was let in to the studio. The studio is a bit cramped. While the owner said it was cleaned before my check-in, it is clear that the bed sheets and pillow cases were not changed. There should be clear pre-check-in instructions to turn on modem for wifi connection, how to turn on power board switches and how to turn on tv and video. No clear pricing or complimentary notes on drinks inside the fridge. No easy contact with owner in cases of questions, requests, complaints during my stay. The reception in the apartment lobby is useless for this.
