Our favourite hotel in Rajkot, only hotel that we look forward to while planning our stay @ Rajkot.

Everything was matching our taste and preferences. The staff was serving with the smile, unfortunately I forgot few names that I had noted.

Lobby to have some more sitting arrangements.

Overall comfortable with good team of people at the hotel

Breakfast was good and overall food quality was good.

Wish list would be room size and bathroom , could have been more spacious for the price . SPA area should be on a floor which provides more privacy for guests , there should be a very gentle music and interiors should be more done up , team can definitely improve on this area.

Definitely not an enjoyable experience as per the reputation of Fortune Brand.

The quality and available varities of breatfast was good. The staff in the restaurent was very cooperative. unfirtunately the etam at front office needs to upgrade their aproach to standards of other Fortune facilities in India.

No arrangement to pick from airport despite rior information and confirmaton back. The door lock of the room got stuck and was opening for three times during my stay of 7 days. Also the door was not closing properly, and the maintanance erson was trying to convience me by saying it closing perfectly. After certain delibrations, i stopped complaining. So, similar to front office team even the maintanance team has to change their approach for looking at the complaints by customers.

Pleasant stay with friendly staff /

Breakfast was very good. Staff eager to meet any special requirements. Evening Buffet dinner was good value for money. Due to many cancellations on account of the cyclone, staff were very attentive towards remaining clients

Attention to detail needs improvement. Salt and pepper missing on some tables. Forget to provide napkins, etc. Such things should not happen in 5-star or even 4-star hotels.

Exceptional

Check in was very quick and smooth, and we were fortunate enough to be upgraded. The room was on the 9th floor and was very nice and had everything one would need plus a few extras! We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant and we were greeted by Dusmanta Kumar, he was very informative and helped us navigate round the huge Buffett. The food was excellent and had all types of food even for those fussy eaters like me. We had breakfast buffet and there was a lovely spread of food with fresh to made orders of eggs, dosas etc. We had difficulty getting a taxi and Rajiv helped us with providing a hotel car to get us to the coach pick up point, had he not assisted we would have missed our coach, we are very grateful to him for his help. It was a shame we only had one night here, but for sure we will be back again and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff keep up the great work and excellent customer service

Very comfortable stay

Quick check in and check out, Friendly staffs Value for money breakfast at restaurant.

When we check in at late night, there was some cleaning happening in lobby area and it was very strong chemical smell, causing irritation in throat and uncontrollable Sneezing. Staff never apologised for this.

Shower had cold water everytime we tried to shower, even after leaving it open for several minutes, breakfast was very poor, not freshly made apart from Dosa everything had just been left out, paratha was under cooked. No fresh orange juice. Overall very poor breakfast. Bathroom had smells when we arrived and throughout our 9 night stay. Reception staff were unhelpful at times and no pleasantness of from restaurant staff or reception staff of good morning etc even upon checking out, we didn't even get asked if our stay was good. Will not recommend this to anyone in Rajkot

Lovely hotel - staff were great

Staff were attentive and very happy to comply with any requests.

One member of staff was not particularly engaging or helpful - this observation was pointed out to senior staff and a training issue was identified.

Warm welcome we extended our stay.

Starting with Reception to, housekeeping, doorman, and not to forget the Restaurant Staff were excellent. Seema at the restaurant took extreme care at breakfast & dinner time. Seema was very Courteous and good with Customer Service.

There is nothing you will dislike.

Very hospitable hotel and memorable stay

I was very impressed with the way in which the gentlemen working in the restaurant (I believe his name is Ranjeet) conducted himself. He helped me feel at ease and was also very hospitable with the guests I had invited for dinner over the days. The hotel manager was also very helpful in accommodating me when the hotel bookings were full. I enjoyed using the wellness centre and had some interesting conversations with the staff working there. Overall, the members of staff helped me feel at home in the hotel. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will continue to book there during my visits to India.
