really good would visit again to stay, very welcoming staff.

very nice designed with helpful staff, the location was very good has everything you need around.

I can say there was hardly anything that I can say I didn’t like the only thing was we didn’t know we had to ask to clean our room and when we did it took a bit of time for them to do but generally they did do it at the end and it was all good

Excellent Hotel

We couldn't fault this Hotel, location excellent The hotel is a beautiful family run hotel in a great location easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Staff and owners were very friendly and incredible helpful and welcoming. The Turkish breakfast in the morning was more then expected, great selection of food, very tasty and fresh. We stayed there for two nights and it exceeded our expectations, we loved it so much that we extended our stay an extra night. Unfortunately the photos on booking.com doesn't do the hotel justice. We stayed in a standard room in which it was on the small size but it really didn't matter as the vibe in hotel was so relaxing. I can't fault this Hotel We highly recommended The ABC Hotel. We can not wait to visit again.

Exceptional

We stayed in a hotel for 5 days. The hotel is located very well. It's like 30m distance from the main street where all cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops are located. Despite being far away from the sea you can use hotel transfers or taxis to reach the beach. Also, ask personnel to reserve for you a place on private beaches because most of them require so if you don't they (private beach) may not allow you to come in. The most amazing is about this place the personnel. All guys are young and positive. Never saw so much good attitude. The breakfast is the usual Turkish breakfast set that includes many things that in the end you couldn't be able to manage to eat all of them cuz there are a lot. The design of the hotel is also amazing and comfortable. Very recommend.

Great place to stay. Very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location. Off the main streets but still close enough to be a 5 minute walk. The room was quiet. The breakfast was incredible.

It's a small thing, but there was no rod in the closet to hang clothes. Odd.

The location was great! Service was good.

Poolside bed was very low maintanance and dirty. The rooms were very noisy, you can hear your neighbours phone conversation.

I had a wonderful experience at the ABC Hotel. Nice and friendly staff & management, helpful and always available. Great ambiance and location. Recommend to learn some Turkish key words before your trip😉 but for me that was a fun part to translate everything and I learned more.

The only thing that I can mention is about swimming pool, based on property pictures, I thought it should be bigger than this. But to me the yard ambiance was perfect and covered my expectation.

location was amazing. it was both close to Alacati and was still in a silent street that was not on the way of the crowd.

the common seating areas are very close to the rooms sometimes blocking the way.

actually everything was so good especially staffs were so kind and friendly, the atmosphere of hotel was so cozy. the main manager or hotel’s owner was very very kind.

If i have to mention the value was a little bit high and bathroom lightening doesn’t work and the lack of ironing was bad. but these are not big deal.

Superb

One of the head towels got colored by the hair color and they charged extra fee with a very offensive attitude although they could normally ask for it. The hair color thing could have happened to anyone so we weren't expecting this kind of manners from this kind of a good hotel.

Room is very small and overrated Staff is not bilingual and cannot communicate with tourists. Some of they are not well trained, they made a mistake while checking out and paying for my stay which i had to follow it up with my bank to get it sorted

Home away from home

Our stay here was wonderful! The staff was attentive to our every needs, very friendly yet extremely professional. The rooms were comfortable and clean - with a fully equipped bathroom and well stocked fridge. The architecture and the decoration of the hotel was lovely and carefully chosen, adding to the beauty of the place. The environment made us feel truly at peace and comfortable. The breakfast and the food were delicious. The hotel’s central location in Alacati was perfect to discover the village and the surroundings. If you wish to enjoy the beauty of the region while staying in a place that feels like home, I would 100% recommend Hay Hotel.

It is worth mentioning that while there is wifi everywhere in the hotel, I wouldn’t count on it for heavy downloads (like movies) or high quality video calls. Nevertheless it is more than good for general use (messaging, social media, etc).

Super cute

By chance, I spent 3 nights here after staying in their sister hotel in Izmir. The two places couldn’t be more different! Hay Alaçati is a super cute boutique hotel perfectly located on the fringes of town. Really nice pool area to relax in. Staff were friendly, and very helpful at all times. Our room was comfortable, with a small terrace at the back. Breakfast (8.30-11) was great. Parking outside the rear of the hotel is free if there’s a space, otherwise there’s paid parking next door.

Suggestions/bugbears: - WiFi is mostly useless unless your in or near reception. - Don’t walk on the grass by the pool. It’s always wet from the soaking the staff give it each morning and it’s largely a mud bath. - One of the staff told us that everyone gets confused about how to find the hotel by car (because the street at the front is closed to traffic). So it’d be a good idea if they sent instructions after booking....

Nice boutique hotel in a much hyped and overpriced Turkish holiday village

+ Excellent location in the centre of Alacati + Chic interior design + Friendly and helpful staff + Nice and clean pool

- It is not that easy to reach the hotel by car, especially on market days - Room was a bit small (okay for a night or two, but not for longer stays) - Few breakfast options (partly bec of Corona) - Gym was closed bec of Corona (should be mentioned during the booking process!)
