Great location , modern , clean, friendly stuff

Only negative is the excessive need to point rules, it takes away the peace of mind, you are more concerned about not breaking a rule than enjoying the staying.

Emanuel was so helpful in checking in, helping us with laundry and recommendations! the room was great! plenty of space for us and a really nice bathroom. only a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and cafes so couldn’t fault it and would stay there again for sure! perfect for a few days in tamarindo

Perfect tranquil stay and short walk to shopping.

In a quiet neighborhood, very clean, convenient walk to town, beautiful tropical grounds, and staff response times and customer service were exceptional.

Superb

Really nice small hotel in such a noisy and active place as Tamarindo is. The hotel sits in 3 mins driving (or 10 mins walk) from the main streets, shops, restaurants. The internal territory is nice and colorful. There's a common kitchen and place for your surfboard. Parking is in front of the building and it is safe. The room was quite big with everything needed for life here. Big bathroom and all facilities in good conditions. Staff was nice and friendly. You can easily reach main city area and stay quiet inside the hotel. Recommend.

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! It was perfect for what we were looking for. Nice room with kitchen to make breakfast, one minute walk to the beach. Really nice outdoor areas for eating and lounging. It's towards the more secluded part of Tamarindo, which we wanted, but at the same time was easily within walking distance of all the restaurants/beaches. We went out to Playa Langosta as well one day to watch the sunset. Highly recommend! Emanuel and the rest of the Tamarindo Sunshine crew were all very responsive. We will definitely try to stay here again whenever we make it back to Tamarindo!

Perfect location, 150 m from beach, nice room, just perfect for time out. Host is super friendly. Great garden, wildlife.

wifi bit slow on that level on property, but it depends your room, i guess?

Location was great, quiet and equipped with item needed to stay a few days. Bathroom was beautiful and spacious. Room was spacious and staff was very accommodating and attentive.

Mattress was not confortable and sheets were moist.

Great space, location and staff. Would recommend. Tamarindo itself is expensive so I would recommend getting a room with a full kitchen.

Safe, relaxing cozy apartment not far from the beach.

Cozy apartment near the beach. Beach chairs and towels available to take to the beach. A nicely stocked kitchen with lots of utensils and spices. the bed was comfortable and the AC was cold. The staff was quick with the response when there was an issue. we didn’t have hot water but they were there within 5 minutes to correct the problem. Directions brought us directly to the property. Clean beach towels upon request. Gated property and we felt perfectly safe walking around at night.

There were no chairs to relax inside the apartment. I enjoy reading before bed and CR is very humid so I didn’t want to sit on the porch. There is NO TV which is fine for me but my husband likes to watch TV before bed when I read. I believe the property indicated there would be bicycles available but the ones on the property were broken.

Fantastic vacation and a big thanks to Emanuel for making our stay in Tamarindo all that much better.

Emanuel was awesome! He provided us with information for local places to visit on several occasions and even an umbrella when needed. The place was very clean and walking distance to everything. I would highly recommend this place.

Exceptional

The location was great, far enough so we don't hear the bars and crowds but close enough so everything was at a walking distance. The beach is less than a 5-min walk. Our room was super clean and very nice, we had a great big balcony. We checked in and out with Emanuel and he was very kind, helpful and really welcoming. We would definitely recommend :)

Great stay, great location

Tamarindo Sunshine has an excelent location, walking distance from the beach and a lot of restaurants. The room was very spacious and had a super comfortable bed. It had everything we needed from coffee to beach towels. Emanuel was a great host.
