Friendly staff, quiet and comfy space

Nice location, quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms. Breakfast was simple but enough. Lots of little shops and food options nearby. Overall, a very nice stay and would recommend for families.

Not a bad thing, just a heads up: the elevator is small (won’t fit a stroller open). So families with small kids or people with lots of bags, just be prepared to collapse the stroller or do multiple trips if you want to use the elevator.

Amazing Staff! Extremely helpful. They accommodated all of our family of 5 needs. Took care of our dinner reservations, provided excellent options for things to do. One stop shop! Edmond, Carla and Daniel were truly awesome!

Very good

Location: Easy walk to many attractions. It is difficult to sleep at night with lots of bars nearby, but that is the price if you want to be in the centre. Beds: Super comfortable. Breakfast: Not much to offer for 15 Euro. Service: Excellent. Staff were very helpful if we had any questions.

Noisy at night. Replace shampoo/soap when empty. Offer water to drink each day.

the extra bed they added was awful. ended up having to sleep on the sofa it was so bad.

Good location.

Location was great, but on a not automobile street. You will have to be dropped off a block over and walk, which was not a problem for us. We walked everywhere and was a great place to stay if you want to see the Gothic Quarter. Aircondition was cold. Rooms were comfortable and large and clean. We liked staying here.

The master bedroom had 2 twin mattresses pushed together that slid around instead of 1 large mattress. It was odd. The main room had a large mattress.

Great position and good size apartament/room

The position is perfect. It's practically 5 mins walking from La Catedral and 15/20 mins from La Barceloneta. Even if it's close by the touristic area, it's super quiet as it is in a small backstreet. There is a 24 hours reception and they give you the possibility to leave your luggage after check out.

The hotel is a bit pricey based on the value for money.

Hotel in city centre which was great, but bathroom has no door and AC leaked and wet bed under it

no breakfast at all, even though we paid a lot for breakfast. the stuff they prepared is far less meeting up the expectation
