The Setai Tel Aviv

We spent 2 nights at Hotel Setai from November 13 to 15, 2021. The location is fantastic. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious, the pool large and refreshing. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the beds are perfect. The breakfast was rich and tasty. We believe the intestinal problems after them were just a coincidence.

The service was a big disappointment. The communication was very impersonal and unpleasant. We felt like we were bothering staff who were busy with some internal responsibilities and issues. We were interrupted several times in the room even in the evening. After knocking on the door, we didn't even have time to shout "wait, please"! When we asked about wellness, the answers were so formal and generic that we preferred to go spend the money in Old Jaffa. We rushed to breakfast the last day early in the morning because we had a morning flight. And so we were in the restaurant about 3 minutes before the official opening. We got breakfast, but we felt very uncomfortable. However, we must say that the feeling that we are not the target group at the Setai Hotel has been caused by only a few employees.

We loved the room, the facilities and the pool.

We didn't like the service, front desk staff were tired and not very cooperative on the verge of in deference.

This is a real luxury hotel in Israel - the luxury does not end with the veneer. The setting is exquisite, the rooms are beautifully designed and furnished. Great shower, a bath that can fit a 6' tall human, and the bed is large and comfortable.

This hotel is expertly managed in every sense: physical and emotional. All of the employees are friendly and professional. Attention is paid to every detail and it pays off!

Everything was excellent- we enjoyed every minute.

The staff were unprofessional and not as we expected from such a fancy hotel. they wanted to charge us for 28 NIS for bottle of water in our wedding night!

No parking, noise, the message was very bad and waste of money, breakfast wasn’t that good Overpriced and not a good experience

The Setai Tel Aviv is a very exceptional and special place, both from the viewpoint of its unspeakable location and service. It’s housed in an antique building in the very heart of Yafo opposite the Clock Tower and overlooking the Mediterranean and the sidewalk of Tel Aviv. The interior design is very atmospheric. The high level of the hotel’s service makes a perfect finishing to the impression of the place: all areas of the hotel are clean, the room was clean and well equipped and supplied with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, including complimentary drinks, bathroom robes, slippers, coffee maker, kettle etc. The restaurant food is diverse based on national cuisine. The stuff and waiters were helpful, friendly, welcoming and always available. The duty manager Gustavo Scuppa is a very professional pleasant and positive person. We want to thank the staff for making our weekend unforgettable.
