The Setai Tel Aviv is a very exceptional and special place, both from the viewpoint of its unspeakable location and service. It’s housed in an antique building in the very heart of Yafo opposite the Clock Tower and overlooking the Mediterranean and the sidewalk of Tel Aviv. The interior design is very atmospheric. The high level of the hotel’s service makes a perfect finishing to the impression of the place: all areas of the hotel are clean, the room was clean and well equipped and supplied with everything one would need for a comfortable stay, including complimentary drinks, bathroom robes, slippers, coffee maker, kettle etc. The restaurant food is diverse based on national cuisine. The stuff and waiters were helpful, friendly, welcoming and always available. The duty manager Gustavo Scuppa is a very professional pleasant and positive person. We want to thank the staff for making our weekend unforgettable.

Perfect location. Fabulous breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Good roof top swimming pool with wonderful views which was very well looked after by a male member of staff.

The servicing of the room was not always to the same high standard as one would expect. Replacing bath towels and toiletries was an issue.

Everything was tops! Service was excellent from every staff member, from Manager of hotel to check-in clerk to food server. Breakfast was beyond belief. Dinner was amazing.

Pool hours should be longer (earlier and later). Spa should be longer (earlier and later). Menu at poolside should reflect updated no food policy. Shower in room leaked on floor.

The location is superb:. close to the beach, to the market and to Old Jaffa. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious.
