The location is great, right next to liberty square. The breakfast is good, the staff is superhelpful. The bed was large, the room was clean.

The ac didn’t work well in our room and it was just way too noisy outside. I woke up in the middle of the night and felt like it was noon because of how bright it was because of all the lights on in the hotel and the street

The rooms are pretty small but still nicely decorated and clean.

Hotel is centrally located. Walking distance from everywhere, next to a wall. Breakfast was nice. Fresh ingredients, and wine selection . High stellars room , wine shop on first floor

We were traveling with baby which is crawling so before we came we specifically asked for a very clean room. After check in we found big and small pieces of glass everywhere in room, under bed, in corners . After that we had really hard time for making hotel staff arranging room to be cleaned properly. First a lady came with a broom, they said cleaner from hotel had a day off so only restaurant cleaner is available and they don’t mop and vacuum clean. We kept pushing hotel workers more, they didn’t vacuum clean but still they kissed pieces of glasses on floor. Meanwhile we kept baby all the time on bed, because floor wasn’t safe , plus very hard communication with stuff so it’s made bad impression for our stay If you traveling with kids or you very particular about cleanness of hotel avoid this hotel

Excellent small room with balcony and all facilities . Great breakfast. Cleanliness exceeded all expectations. Excellent service and location - the main square of the city (2 min from metro station, near museums, theaters, shops, restaurants, Old City and etc.)

Noise isolation could be better to reduce external noises.
