Estancia poco feliz!

Lo mejor, la ubicación. El personal de recepción muy correcto.

Desayuno poco variado, habitacion mal higienizada, pasabas un dedo por marcos de puerta, espejo, muebles, etc y salía gris y una pelota de polvo. Personal de limpieza haciendo ruido desde muy temprano con portazos y risas en los pasillos. En mi cama, el primer día, (super angosta) había un pelo negro larguísimo tipo "Pocahontas". El parking, es cobrado aparte ( no es ese el problema) pero el tema es que tenés que dejar la llave para que corran los autos porque uno va contra la pared y otro atrás. Obviamente espere a conseguir un lugar contra la pared y el auto lo usé una noche sola. Eso de que me mueva cualquier fulano un auto de alta gama... negativo. Instalaciónes obsoletas, todo necesita ser aggiornado. No hay nada moderno en el hotel, algunas cosas tienen 40 años, otras cosas más. No me alojaria nuevamente.

A localização é perfeita, os funcionários muito educados e simpáticos , limpeza impecável, café da manhã muito bom e saboroso.

O Wi-Fi deixou a desejar, funcionando precariamente no quarto. Somente na recepção do hotel conseguíamos um bom sinal.

A limpeza e a localização são os pontos fortes, bem como a presteza e educação dos atendentes.

A questão da acessibilidade. Poderia ter uma rampa de acesso para quem tem que trazer sua mala ou levá-la para a porta do hotel.

Excellent choice of hotel on the peninsula in Punta del Este!

The small, family run Hotel Bonne Etoile deserves all five stars: excellent service, great breakfast, friendly and warm atmosphere, clean and well organized and correctly priced. Also, the location on the Brava side of the peninsula gives good protection against the strong winter storms. We like it so much here that we decided to extend our stay for 3 more weeks! 100% recommended!

Great choice of hotel on the peninsula in Punta del Este

The room had a good heating system that worked well during the winter storms. There was ample wardrobe space. The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well, nice and warm shower. Breakfast times from 7:30 to 11:30 ! Breakfast buffet had the basics ( ham, cheese, different types of pan, rolls, cereals, milk and yogurts, coffee, hot chocolate and more). Great staff, always in good mood and friendly, ready to help with whatever you need. The hotel is clean and well maintained, in walking distance to everything on the peninsula in Punta Del Este, good price /value. 100% recommended.

The staff was beyond lovely and accommodating, they let me.check in a bit early and looked after my bag. If you are not looking for pools and spas, but a super nice comfortable and amicable and well situated place, this is the one. I will definitely come back any time I am in Punta.

Location. Near Gorlero Avenue, which makes it very convenient for transportation. The hotel is well known in town, so all transportation companies know the location. Breakfast was also very good.

My initial room had issues with the air conditioning and the staff had to move me to another room. The new room was so MUCH better, so I don’t know why they didn’t put me there in the first place.

A pleasant stay at Punta del Este

Very good location in the Peninsula. Excellent breakfast. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Nothing that really annoyed me. But I could hear the conversation inside the room next door.

Excellent value for money.

Old, but clean hotel. Staff is polite, friendly and very helpful. Location is superb.

A wonderful place to unwind

The location on the peninsula near the marina is perfect for wandering out in the evening to many fine, reasonably priced restaurants without needing a car or taxi. (The quality of the seafood in Punta del Este is unsurpassed.) The hotel staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness all are consistently excellent. We've been staying there over the years, and it's always a relaxing and welcoming home base.
