Decent and idle for the family

Location is great, breakfast was good

It’s an older building. Buzzing sounds in the room.

Breakfast, free parking, friendly staffs, clean room, good location.

The air conditioner in the room was very loud, I could feel the bed was shaking if my partner turned over while sleeping, small gym and pool.

Staff were friendly and helpful - early check-in, good breakfast, coffee/tea in lobby. Hotel is in a good location (why we chose), easy to park & short drive to airport.

Our room was next to elevator so a noisy during late evening. Extractor fan in bathroom not working.

The breakfast was amazing! Lots of it and well done. My only concern was that I tried to contact the front desk and could not. I had to go down to see them and when I went down and told them the problem they said, "Why didn't you dial zero." That wasn't what the phone said to do..... also I ask for another pillow.and it never came . I had to go get it too. But all in all a good experience and I would certainly book there again.

The room and the location are good. It made us feel comfortable and easy to access our schedule plan that day, and we could sleep better because the bed was enormous and the washroom was clean since I am particular with cleaning things.

Maybe the food, actually I didn't eat breakfast, but my husband said that the choices are a little. And he couldn't eat more than the usual breakfast because he couldn't eat carbs and maybe because our stay is short too so he couldn't try other food on different days.

The bed was comfortable. The tea and coffee served are good.

The sound insulation is very poor, and there are customers making a lot of noise in the hallway in the middle of the night, and there is no one to manage it.

Breakfast was great! They even provided us with a bag of essential toiletries since we were staying due to a flight cancellation and we couldn't access our luggage. The staff were super friendly and helpful!
