Great Hotel

Friendly staff, clean facility. Rooms were good, not too small, clean, and comfortable.

I got a room close to the end (1st floor). It was not the hotel fault, but there were some people in the room beside mine, going to the room in front of mine and keep slamming the doors. Then the next morning lots of people started entering from the back door where my room was and everyone let the door go, so early we were awake. Back door slamming, 2 rooms around mine slamming doors.

Comfortable and did the job.

The hotel was comfortable and exactly located where we needed it. The pool was nice and the water temperature was comfortable. The Restaurant beside was good.

The beds were too soft - too soft for my comfort, as I prefer a firmer mattress. It would have been nice if breakfast were included.

Budget Hotel - good staff, repairs needed

Friendly staff, but the place is in need of a lot of repairs. The place had been cleaned by staff, but it feels like it needs a deep clean, or maybe to just replace some of it's carpets, etc. But at least it had parking, a microwave, and fridge in unit.

Location was good, staff was excellent. Services like coffee in the lobby area was great. Bathroom was clean.

Room was too small for 4 people. There were full size beds and not queen beds in the room as mentioned on the website. There was a damp smell in the room and carpets were not clean.

Check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful.

The mattresses are not good quality. Pillows terrible. I could scrape the dirt off the wood desk top. Don't people know how to clean? My opinion is that this location should be closed permanently until renovated completely. The front entrance has yellow tap and brick falling off the post. The work men that are on site in the morning are grubby looking and not friendly at all. Hire contractors that at least smile - instead of shouting over to workers from the entrance area. Yikes.

Did not stay.

friendly staff.

Room smelled like sweaty feet and wet dog. There were no other rooms available so I left with my kids to go to another hotel. Definitely not a place to stay if you’re looking for a clean and relaxing stay.

well located, wonderful staff and clean room!

it is close to all the people we want to see when we come back in the area, very peaceful grass area at the back to walk our dog…. and that dogs are allow and only in one part of the hotel, it is respectful of the other travellers that might be scared or dogs.

nothing, whenever there is something bothering us during our stray it was never been because of the property or the staff !

Come Again!

The location is a little tricky, hidden behind some other buildings and parking lots. Everything you need is right there; coffee, drive thru, gas, restaurant...

The pool was out of service for both days we were there.

Just okay.

The staff were apologetic that the website indicated breakfast was included and it was not. It was quiet, we were not disturbed by other noisy clients.

That breakfast was not included as advertised. The pool was quite murky so we did not use it.

good for an overnight sleep, but definitely not recommended for longer stays.

the location was good for our stop as we were driving all the way from Niagara falls up to Montreal.

the staff were not nice, they were not well-oriented on how to do the check in, thus we spend a lot of time trying to check in while they were not sure how to charge us the extra money. The receptionist then asked us to take our credit card info so she can do it later during her shift which is very rude to ask!!!! she wrote down all our credit card info on a piece of paper we tried to explain to her that this is not acceptable and this way you can easily do shopping with our card not only charge us the guarantee fees!!! we took the paper from her anyway … but in general I did not like what happened. also, there is no bottle of water even in the room! prepare yourselves..

Clean and Friendly staff.

Pool Availability- however it was relatively cold.

There was a significant wet spot on the floor surrounding our fridge. Hotel couldn't provide an adequte solution to the concern. They provided towels to help soak up the water but could provide a shop vac or fan or perhaps a different room. The fire alarm did go off during our stay. Fortunately Emergency Services were able to rectify the concern quickly but hotel staff had no kits or alternate measures to keep customers warm.
