Possibly the comfiest bed I've ever slept in.

Close to all things for comfort, IGA, SAQ, SADQ, Jean Coutu, various restaurants, and a dollarama for cheap things. Staff was very friendly but it was quite dirty.

Didn’t change the towels or do housekeeping our whole 4 night stay. Had to steal clean towels from the hallways, and buy some near by.

Great location, great staff, comfortable bed and very good A/C unit. The room is spacious and they offer a daily breakfast in the lobby. You can tell that the building and the facilities are old, but newly renovated, however that is not anything that affected our stay at all.

Spacious and clean room. We were surprised to see our room had 2 bathrooms which was nice considereing we were two couples. Room also had a large fridge and tons of storage space. Beds were comfortable and clean, would totally recommend staying here.

Great location. The hotel is refurbished recently and everything was super new and clean.

The breakfast buffet was rather poor.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and made for a better stay. The breakfast was minimal, but the coffee was good and available 24/7.

We were not informed about the procedures for housekeeping, and so were left asking at the front desk for extra towels and trash pickup. There were no towel racks in the room, the sink needed cleaning, and the window shade was difficult to manipulate.

The door did not have a lock on the inside. The neighborhood was not the best.

The staff were extremely helpful and our room was very comfortable. Anything you needed was just steps away from the hotel on St-Catherine’s street.

The location was not close to downtown. There was no coffee in the lobby in the morning. The location was noisy. Many homeless people it was not safe to walk.

There is no elevator to the 4th floor, which is still under renovation. The room isn't finished and tge first room we had the plumbing wasn't connected properly. We were given a second room which we didn't notice until the morning had dirty sheets with blood on them. Not period blood, not murder blood, but like someone had a terrible rash. If we get monkey pox, this will be why.

Location is the biggest and probably the only advantage.

First of all, my booking had breakfast included, only to arrive there and be told the hotel doesn't offer food so more money spent on food. Second on day 2 i get a call from reception saying that she has bad news for me and that she miscalculated our bill and that we owe them more money than expected. I showed her my reservation done months ago through booking.com and that she did charge us the right value. They basically tried to get more money out of us and then the hotel clerk said her manager will be here shortly and will be talking to me. No manager showed up and no apology was said either. Thirdly, we get a knock on our door on day 3 asking/accusing us of smoking marijuana in the room which we clearly did not. He explained that is suspicious of a smell and is trying to find out which room. No apology was said to us even. Forth, room/cleaning service was very poor. We basically had to ask for towels and keep our room clean as much as we can till we left.

Comfortable bed, staff were helpful - they let us check in early free of charge so we could sleep after our red eye flight. Staff provided us breakfast recommendations. Room was quiet. Good Wi-Fi.

The first room we were placed in had a leaking bathroom sink, it was clear from the towel placement that they knew about it and instead of fixing it just placed a towel there. We were moved room after complaining. We only had one roll of toilet paper, we called down for more but we’re not given any. On the last night of our stay we were locked out of our room due to a malfunction with the door lock so we had to wait hours before getting let back in. We were unable to change or shower for our dinner reservations or charge our phones. The towels were thin and not very good, there was no mirror in the bedroom nor bed side lights. The room wasn’t the cleanest. No where to hang towels. Plug sockets beside the bed didn’t work. We did not receive any housekeeping until we put the housekeeping sign on the door. We did not receive fresh towels. The hotel facilities lists daily housekeeping. We called reception and asked for a cup, we were told the hotel does not provide cups. Hotel location was central but also rough and felt unsafe at times. Lots of unsettling characters around.

The bed was really comfortable. The shower had multiple functions like spray from the side or rain from the top or a water fall from the top also your regular handheld. Smart TV in the room. Microwave and mini fridge as well. The lights I'm the room has diming effect which was great! Ac was easy to control. Location was fantastic. 5 mins walk to the station or multiple bus routes even bus to airport. It's 25mins walking from train station. 15 mins walking to Chinatown. There is a IGA, SHOPPERS DRUGMART, DOLLARAMA, MCDONALD'S ect nearby walking distance.

A deposit of $250... I never had to with all the hotels or hostels I ever been to and $250 is a lot if they forget to cancel that transaction. The room was smaller than expected. The beds are small as well. If I were to roll or turn my body I would fall right off. We had to push both our bed together so we don't fall. The bathtub looks a bit old and stained. The amenities try was really dusty. The housekeeper never came into clean the room. Our garage can was full and we ran out of tissue. The TV is a bit weird tho. There was often other people from other room trying connect there own devices onto our tv. So it feels like one of those horror films when TV have its own mind. Mini fridge has no temperature setting so it wasn't really cold enough. The hotel has no ice machines nor food outlet. The hallways needs some more renovations. The front door entrance to the hotel was hard to manage with luggage.

sound from the corridor and other rooms travels a bit too freely. addition of one dish or glas that could be put in the micro to make e.g. tee would be nice.
