Bon rapport qualité/prix

Déjeuner délicieux, beaucoup de choix A distance de marche de Clifton Hill et des chutes. Nous avons pu recharger notre véhicule électrique directement à l'hôtel pendant que nous profitions des attraits ou que nous dormions.

L'hôtel est propre et le personnel courtois. Cependant, l'emplacement est ordinaire ( vue, ce qui entoure l'hôtel).

A eviter sauf si vous ne trouvez rien d’autre alentour

A eviter - prestations tres en deca d’un 4 etoiles - je suis rarement aussi categrorique dans mes avis mais marchand de sommeil. Une nuit au plus si vous ne trouvez rien d’autre. 1/ Petit déjeuner tres mauvais: salle minuscule au sous sol, pas de jus de fruits, pancake caoutchouteux, fruits qui piquent … le tout dans des assiettes en carton et couverts plastiques. 2/ absence totale d’insonorisation - bruit toute la nuit. 3/ personnel peu sympathique et pas aidant.

Was a good stay. Comfortable room.

Familiar with the spot…so know where restaurants and other venues are.

When you come in to check in the turn around is only one way and then you have to pull out across 2 lanes of traffic to get going the right direction to the parking lot The heating unit in the room was SO LOUD. Kept waking me up when it came on. But at least it worked!!

Worst experience ever

The management and the customer service were the worst I have ever experienced, their front desk insulted us many times and the manager disappeared and we couldn’t get to contact him/her in any way, the front desk threatened to call the police to « throw us out » and raised his voice and insulted us multiple times as well he told us he doesn’t care about customer service or being in the hotel itself, we had no way to contact the management or the manager in any way, also we were told they will be there in the morning and no one showed up the other front desk took our number and emails to contact us and it has been more than 72 hours till now and no one contacted us. Overall we felt helpless and vulnerable with no rights at all no one tried to help us or solve the issue in any way. The front desk agent’s name is AJ Edit: the manager who commented on my review and being the nice guy just sent me a personal insulting email where he googled our names and background, Lol being in public is way different than your tone on emails.

This place doesn’t even look like a hotel!Dirty place, bad staff, overlooaded and completely diferent from the pics!

Nothing good to tell about this hotel at all!

Firstly, the bedroom wasn't suitable for 4 people, as I barely had space to get out of my side of the bed, the listing said the room would have two queen beds but it had double beds that barely fit two people. In addition the only mini existing window was dirty and the walls were dirt as well and in terrible shape...I t needs a reno asap! Secondly, all the rooms were listed as sound proof yet I could hear the people in the halls walking and hear our neighbours when they weren't even talking loud. There was a creepy connection door in the middle of the room,obviously looked,but we still not confortable having it there! Thirdly, the bath was not draining the water and when we mentioned it was not draining you were not capable of sending someone to come fix it. Fourthly, when we were checking in the staff was rude along with when we were checking out. The night staff at the desk was the only person who was helping us with our problems, giving us larger towels, more soap. One tiny bottle of shampoo is not suitable for a room that beds four people. As we were checking out, the staff at the desk was disregarding what we were saying, not apologizing or trying to calm down her clients. Fithly, the overbooking. This hotel is listed as a four star yet we have other clients asking me and my family if we are done our meal multiple times so they have a place to sit down and eat. There needs to be more seating areas, and less clients. I have been to other four star hotels, they all have glass plates along with real forks and knifes. My visit was extremely disappointing concidering all of the things listed online that were not included in this establishment... Almost forgot...the pool was a way smaller than it seems to be on the pics, also overloaded and the water was very dirty! I would like to have a refund of the money I paid for this unpleasant stay. Otherwise I will proceeds with formal complain and rewiew!

It’s was horrible

I liked that rhe hotel was close to my destination point

The parking was limited and we had to not only pay for parking but had to drive around as the hotel didn’t have enough parking. The lobby is extremely small so it was constantly crowded and the staff at the front desk was very rude

Value for your money.

Pictures are real. Is not a luxury hotel but was value for money. Great for one or two nights.

Extra payment for the parking in the Hotel. Far away from falls.

the view from our room was the parking lot and we couldn't even keep the curtain open as people could see inside when they walked by. also, the towels to use after a shower were VERY small.

When we go back from a night out, there was no parking left and was told to park along the curb in front of the hotel and I wasn’t aware of the taxes applied to the parking fee until check out.

Uneasy

Location was decent, if you’re traveling on a budget.

Many people are living at the hotel, felt unsafe at times considering it was 4 younger girls on a girls trip. We were followed into the elevator by a man on the phone who was sitting outside and clearly walked in behind us after we came inside the hotel. It was past midnight and we were dressed up. He waited for us to press our floor button first. Obviously we picked a floor we weren’t on. If our trip was another night longer we would’ve went to a different hotel. Families were outside riding bikes and sitting around all day like it was their front yard. We would be gone from morning until night and the same people are sitting outside being loud and obnoxious. The hotel was clean, but cleanliness doesn’t justify extended stays, fully booked rooms, riff raff outside from long term residents, and a possible trafficking location.

Very overpriced in a terrible, run down neighborhood. Basically a refugee camp.

Nothing.

Warning: most of the hotel is occupied long term by refugees put there by the government. This means availability is scarce and prices are artificially inflated. Also, many of the ‘residents’ were just loitering around the lobby, parking lot etc. We mainly chose this hotel because they accepted dogs but all the ‘residents’ were really scared of dogs which made us very uncomfortable.

Great, almost pet-friendly hotel

The hotel was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was exactly what we needed and expected.

Our dog wasn't allowed in the breakfast area even though the hotel is pet friendly. I get it that many people don't want animals where they eat but still it was a bit of a surprise since we had to pay extra for a dog. Also the breakfast area is in the basement.

The Breakfast

The entire build smells of smoke, yet its a smoke free property. Toilet could not be flashed, clogged and maintenance had to be called in. It nearly flooded the room. Rooms are much smaller than they look in photos.

Good

The hotel is well located, clean and adapted for disabled people which is great. The staff is friendly and the breakfest is good. The room is simple, but confortable and wide. Good shower as well.

It was too noisy. I guess that the hotel was hosting guests from a school trip and they were screaming, singing and slamming the doors until 1 a.m. We had to call the reception and they sent a staff to solve the problem. It was not their fault (in fact they were very helpful when we complained) though it is a point to consider if you're planing to stay there, 'cause it may be a regular issue.
