Horrific

I was told that I could request room service for each day of my stay, so I requested my room be cleaned each day. It was NOT cleaned each day. There was no seat covers in the public bathroom on the first floor.

Het ontbijt was goed en de kamer was ruim. De vrouw bij het ontbijt was erg vriendelijk.

Zwembad had groen water en was vies. Wc papier, zeep moet je zelf meenemen. Je krijgt 1 rol en zeep is net wat er nog hangt. Op is op.Een derde persoon die slaapt op de slaapbank heeft geen recht op een kussen of handdoeken, die moet je zelf meenemen. De kamer wordt niet schoongemaakt tijdens je verblijf (wij verbleven er 4 dagen). Als je er na vraagt krijg je een grote mond. Personeel bij de receptie was, als ze aanwezig waren, niet behulpzaam.

Staff wasn’t that great. I was very annoyed about my room change

It was not a bad place to stay once we were given a clean room.

When we arrived we were sent to our room (king size bed) which was dirty and I mean dirty laundry on the floor and the bed room hadn’t been touched (we were told it was an accident within their system) I was then told I could be given a queen room for no extra charge 🙄 I paid for the king room the queen was cheaper. Then when I went to ask for clean towels I stood at the front desk for 10 min bc no one was up there another hotel worker had to come call for the lady in the back to come up front for me.

Nice enough for one visit, will avoid in future years even though we will be visiting for four years

The room itself was fairly nice, other than the peephole being covered with electric tape.

The surrounding hotel seemed very dangerous, and I wasn’t okay with family going outside alone. The hotel itself seemed like a great idea someone had, but had zero follow through on the project. The pool was green, and the entire place felt like a ghost town.

Warm Stay but great room With AC

Thank you for the personal touch. Adding a card in my room it was really nice. The time they took to make the card and write some nive to each guest. That is really special. Well done this is amazing service.

People just walk in and not staying in the hotel security needs to be better.

The door to my room kept sticking. It was very hard to open when entering and going out. I could also hear the male in the next room loud and clear.

I cannot say. I reserved through booking and when I got to the property they didn’t have a room for me.

They charged my credit card even though I didn’t stay at the property and they stated they couldn’t find my reservation. I had to go to another hotel and the very next day I received an email from Fairfield saying my card was charged. That was very stressful. I called several times but still have not been able to resolve the issue!

No ac from jump. Wouldn't switch our rooms plus had to seek medical attention from heat & had to go out and purchase a fan to be cool in the room

The clerks at the frond desk doth check in and out were very nice. The lady doing Sunday morning breakfast did a great job everything was well prepared and she kept up with cleaning and keeping good and coffee supplied. Thanks

I will be returning on my next trip to the area :)

Cindy, at the front desk, checked me in and went above and beyond to get me the room I wanted. Awesome Breakfast, served by the loveliest of Ladies, Faith. My room was spectacularly comfy and clean, the staff made sure I had everything I needed.

Pool wasn't open, kind of a bummer. The traffic in the area, yikes! But great location :)
