Nous avions demandé un grand lit , et nous avions 2 lits séparé pas génial quand on est en couple , ils nous ont pas changé , et au chek out on devait 26 dollars ils nous ont prélevé 50 dollarS

Het personeel was super! De veranderende matten in de lift blijven een smile op mijn gezicht toveren... en de bar is cool gedaan, zeker ook tof in het weekend! Maar de kamers zelf konden me niet echt bekoren, wel jammer natuurlijk... en het feit dat er geen rooftop is in dit hotel is onbegrijpelijk, net als geen ontbijt en geen degelijke spa...

Als je gaat voor W hotels weet je dat je wat creativiteit en tof design mag verwachten... Ik logeerde recent ook nog in Whotels in Barcelona, Osaka, Londen, Dubai en Oman en het is mijn favoriete hotel worldwide... daarom logeerde ik 8 jaar geleden ook al eens in W New York Times Square... Toen vond ik het al een beetje gedateerd, niet de lobby en de details in de bar... maar wel de kamers, beetje saai, beetje stoffig... maar ik had goede hoop dat deze nu wel naar het level getrokken zouden zijn zoals de andere kamers in W hotels... maar helaas... aan de kamers was niets veranderd... dus ondanks de ligging en de leuke lobby vond ik de kamers en het hotel zelf absoluut niet W-waardig en dus ook prijs/kwaliteit niet ok.

Great location. Awesome corner room overlooking Times Square! Friendly helpful staff. Ate at both restaurants and they were both excellent. Enjoyed cocktails in the Living Room and they were excellent.

The room did not have microwave. However, other attributes made up.

No coffee or microwave in the room. Had to trek out every morning just to get a cup of coffee. The alternative was to order coffee from room service any pay $40. No thank you! Also, the fridge was filled with overpriced products that went untouched and so was unusable.

We loved the modern style of the room.

Location was great, Staff was super friendly and helpful. Everyone from the valet to the front desk to the house keeping. We never had to ask for anything for our room when we came back after being out all day. Everything was tidy, replenished and plenty of towels.

I think a Keurig coffee maker in each room would be a great addition to the room, even a small microwave. We went out to eat quite a bit but couldn't take any leftovers back because of that. Also the carpet could use replacement or cleaning.

My room heat was not working but their staff brought heater right away .. they were very attentive and quick with anything we asked for… wonderful hotel would stay again

Frosted glass bathroom…had to tape a towel on the glass. Room was hot and no AC. WIFI was unsecured so could not use it.

The location was fantastic

You have to take at least two lifts to go to the street or your room, no straight access to the street. Few personnel attend to the clients to make the check-in while many queues and the rest of the desks are empty. Personnel is very slow. I asked them to put the invoice under my company name but they didn't despite I wrote all the data for them. They charged me and when I changed the credit card they returned less than what I paid. I booked and "spectacular room with views of the city skyline" but the only view is the building in front (NY Marriott Marquis Hotel), with no views of Times Square, only a corner, and the city skyline on the other corner. The room is very small considering the price paid. No terrace and nothing to dry clothes in the bathroom, The room is not soundproofed so it's too noisy. The bar opens at noon, too late, and closes too soon, at midnight.

Breakfast was not included. We were given at first a room on a lower level with no view. calling Eric the manager, and he upgraded us. location is great for tourism purposes. it is in the middle of Times Square, can't get better than that for the purpose of this trip.

Hotel has NO A/C. room was warm, and in order to get some cool and circulated air, I had to turn off the heat and open the window, which rendered the room noisy all night and the lights from the city were all lighting the room up at night. I had to keep the window open for air to come in, but that meant that I could not close the shade. Bathroom has no fan so it is uncomfortable going to the bathroom. room has NO ventilation whatsoever. Bar rates are overt the top. to pay $60 for 2 drinks is a little too much for ok drinks.

Et j'ai appelé la réception ils m'ont dis que c'est une erreur et on va vous retourner de l'argent. Mais jusqu'à maintenant. J'ai pas encore reçu mon argent . Et j'ai déposé plaint chez ma banque. J'aimerais bien retourner mon argent 345$ US

Great location and it was clean. Staff was friendly.

For over $700 per night it was hardly worth it. The rooms/bath were BASIC. I've literally had nicer and more upscale rooms at a Hampton Inn.

First time US for our daughter and very kind reception lady, Nancy, welcomed us so happily. She delivered cake and drinks for our daughter to our room. Big thank you to her, she made our stay so relax and homely. Also, young porter guy was always greets us as well. Very good staffs you have.

Room doesn’t have much amenities…. Such as toothbrushes, tea/coffee, kettle…… these days, we expect at least these items so unusual to not to be provided.

Location was both awesome and a curse. Views were amazing, windows however were not very sound dampening so heard everything. On times square though so expected some noise. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Rooms were clean which I heard is a hit or miss.

$100 a night security deposit was not stated anywhere so that will be a surprise to anyone staying. Ice maker on our floor was broken, called multiple times about it and was never fixed (hotel staff was accommodating in getting us ice so that helped).
