We had a great time. Overall it was beautiful except for the minor things.

Gorgeous. Modern. Uplifting. Location and classy.

Beds and pillows extremely uncomfortable. Didn’t sleep all night. Both of us as well as my mother in the next room over. I purchased 2 rooms. Women have a hard time with makeup because no magnifying mirror and no hard bright light for them. This is VERY important for women. No decaf

Other than what was mentioned above, our stay was wonderful.

The room was lovely, but very dark. I would recommend better lighting.

Even though the bathroom "appeared clean" there was a strong scent of urine.

The beds need a better comforter. Soap, body lotion and those bath amenities are very poor and bad quality. A better place restaurant or cafe is needed for breakfast, its very uncomfortable to have breakfast on the Bar Area downstairs.

Great room service, beds comfortable, room was very clean!

Went to the bathroom by the restaurant, none of the stalls had toilet paper.. instead there were two boxes of tissues that had been placed in between the stalls. Not okay for the price of the room. Restrooms needed to be cleaned better and have enough toilet paper for guests

Would stay again

We had a competition at the Veterans. So convenient and had lots of food options around. The host/manager of the restaurant was a bit rude but the waitstaff was fantastic. Loved the size of the bathroom !

The length of time for valet . But nothing really to complain about

difficult to enter one side was somewhat blocked with cones and when I questioned why they did not move the cones to make it easier to enter the answer from valet was construction not our cones! Answer was weak and some arrangement should be made with the contractors to continue to allow for easy access

The trip we didn’t know we needed in Providence RI

Everything was perfect. I would most definitely book there again. Super impressed with the rooms, the check in and out process and just the restaurant at hotel was exceptional!

I was happy and pleased with everything there are no complaints or dislike to express.

The restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday and there is really nothing else very close by. This was very disappointing.

Very comfortable for our short stay.

Our room was lovely--clean, quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows made me so happy. I usually have a real problem with hotel pillows, but not these! If I could have taken them, I would have!
