Great Place to Stay!!🤗👍

This place was spotless, room was great,bed was comfortable, the on-site restaurant was excellent, had prime rib and was the best I've ever had,easy access to everything around,staff was friendly and accommodating, would highly recommend !!🤗👍

The TV is too small and it needs to be mounted on the wall !!/

The Flagship is adequate for an overnight stay; the harbor town itself is reason enough to visit.

Spacious and lovely surroundings, comfortable surroundings, extra coffee sachets available, good towels, dog-friendly

We were told by the front desk staff that we were being moved from a ground floor room to an upstairs room because the motel was going to be all booked up, which made little sense; early next morning it was obvious more rooms than not were unoccupied. Also, descriptions of the facility made it seem the heated pool and hot tub were available year-round -- theye weren't, on this warm, mid-May day. The well-reviewed breakfast was far more limited than described, and the ice and soda machines were out of order.

ok for 1 night, if longer I would have requested a different toom

proximity to local attractions front desk accommodated my request to be next to the couple we were traveling with

room 138 smelled of old cigarette odor bed was very uncomfortable and very hard mattress

Exceptional

Great location, near to everything in Boothbay region. The room was simple but nice. Heating system was incredible and the staff wonderful.

That I booked after I had already bought my Gardens A Glow tickets as the Flagship Inn was running a special free Gardens Tickets when you stay at Flagship Inn! Next year I will be back!

Mosty good - would stay again.

Everything was fine. Room was nice, fairly updated. Very quiet - but it's off season too. Bed was very comfortable! Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Last time we stayed there were hot choices. This time there was only pancakes and sausage. Bring back the bacon/egg sandwiches. Also, the coffee should be in the same room as the food. Weird to have to go back to the office to get a coffee when you're in the breakfast room. Also the outside needs to be cleanup up. There were lots of cigarette buts in the cement cracks and kind of dirty. Needs a good sprucing up.

The hotel was in a good location. Easy to find.

The beds were awful. The breakfast reviews were great on line but in actuality the offerings were very slim. Even arriving right when they opened.

Nice location and a great value for the money. breakfast was standard fare and good with hot/cold options. Very friendly staff.

The folks in the room below us were playing either the radio or TV very loudly, and we could hear it through the floor. I walked around outside and was able to pinpoint the room making the noise easily. we turned our AC fan on high as well as the bathroom fan and could still hear them. We went to the office, but there was no one onsite after hours. (No phones in rooms.) Don’t feel it is my job to make personal contact to police their customers this day and age. This is the reason for not giving a 10/10.

Disappointing

Cons: Noise in parking lot and outside rooms from other guests was annoying, smokers did not adhere to 50 ft distance from buildings and were drinking in parking lot. Coffee maker in room poor quality, and made watery weak liquid. Water pressure too low in shower. Too much plastic waste in breakfast area. Price of room was far too high for the quality. Pros: location of inn, freezer/fridge worked well. Generally clean. Lots of pillows. A/C worked well, though very loud. Good iron. Friendly helpful check in clerk, helped open our widow. Cont. breakfast was as expected, far too much sugar, not enough healthy options except a banana and toast.
