Everything was perfect, room is specious, clean, there is everything you need for a few days. Breakfast is good, eggs, waffles, oatmeal... Shuttle works fine. It stops at Wood island station, for a blue metro line. You just have to say that you want to go there. When you go back from the city, it's necessary to call the hotel and they will tell you the exact pick up location. You just say the Terminal where you are and they will tell you at which door they will pick you up. Or if you are at the Wood island station, they will pick you up in front of the station. Max waiting time is 15-20min.

We had a good stay at the Hampton. Breakfast meals were great. The evening bar was convenient. Sandwiches were good.
It would be a good idea to install two small benches in front of the sliding doors when waiting for the shuttle at the hotel. One on each side. The shuttle takes a long time for picking up at Wood Island as well. You definitely need to work with the city to install benches on Bennington street. The shampoo/rinse/wash soap dispensers in the shower should be relocated to the rear of the bath wall. They are very bothersome on the side wall. The handicap bar should also be relocated towards the rear where it doesn’t get in the way when showering. We hit ourselves several times on the elbows when trying to move around the shower.

Elevator took forever. Pool needs more appropriate maintenance. Water was so murky/foggy and cold. Reception could be more friendly.

Breakfast was decent. They had a lot of choices and very clean. Shuttle driver to the airport was very nice . The room itself was neat and clean.
The hotel is extremely noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear people in halls all day and night. The bathroom door was a slider and wouldn’t close all the way. I asked them to fix it and they never did. Car alarms going off all the time

Friendly breakfast hostess opened right on time. We had a very early flight so didn’t get to eat but everything looked amazing.

The options for breakfast they kept the rooms clean they had a pool for an option , room was big enough with a tall ceiling , staff was kind enough to make sure there was a shower chair in the bathroom for the person in a wheelchair in our party
Not really handicap accessible, difficult to get around if you have someone in your party in a wheelchair no grab bars in the rooms for anyone in a wheelchair to get on and off the toilet or in and out of the shower

NO WATER in the morning. Apparent work on whatever was leaking all over the hallway.

Very nice front desk staff.
The airport shuttle wasn’t as frequent as they said it would be and it was over crowded. It wasn’t organized and given that flights can be missed if one is late, the hotel should make an effort to make the shuttles more timely (they said they would come every 20 minutes but it was more like every 30 minutes and these small changes can make catching a flight stressful). Also one shuttle passed us without stopping.

El shuttle que te lleva al aeropuerto, su amplio recibidor, las habitaciones amplias, los baños limpios y con todas las comodidades. Personal majisimo, te ayuda en todo y siempre alguien sabe español
A veces se enciende el a/c heating sin saber muy bien el porqué.
Creo que el sitio del desayuno se les ha quedado pequeño, deberían ampliarlo un poquito

Grace at Hamption Inn told me my granddaughter aged 19 could not stay here so we disputed the charge immediately with my bank as we were told cancelation & refund were not possible. The bed was fine.
Rude receptionist when checking in. Rust in the shower.
Instead of sending me a welcoming email prior to my arrival about instructions about the hotel shuttle they sent me an outdated template that I should wear a covid mask and check in online.

Steven the dinner time server was amazing and the rooms were very comfortable and great size.

We had a clean spacious & comfortable room with a good breakfast with lots of options. We also liked the free airport shuttle and free shuttle to a convenient Boston trolley stop.
No one answered our calls for a pick up from the trolley stop. We had to get an Uber back to the hotel.
On our return we discovered that the computer system was down and no calls were coming through.

Best most convenient option for staying the night and getting to the airport for an early flight. Comfortable bed for a good night sleep. I'm a regular customer.
Doesn't matter, I'm there to get a good night sleep and then hop a ride on the free shuttle to the airport. The drivers are always very helpful with the bags and I tip them a few bucks.
