Nice suite, friendly staff, good breakfast selections.
Had to wait an hour for the shuttle.

Great breakfast. Size of room was fantastic. Loved the atrium. Double doors on the rooms. Easy assess to convention center.
Slow elevators. Wish there were more. Price of parking.

Very clean, staff were all very nice. The free breakfast and happy hour was great.
The only things I didn’t love is the “hangout” area did get a little loud later in the night but the staff did close it out by 10pm so it wasn’t horrible and I do kind of wish the room door itself had a shade of some kind because even though it is frosted the light from the hall was still pretty light inside the room and made it hard for the people sleeping on the pullout sofa bed. But still nothing so bad .

Breakfast was the best part of the stay!
Internet was horrible. Conference suite needed something other than a huge conference table. No comfy chairs.

Both the King bed and the pull out bed were not comfortable. Need new mattresses. Potato wedge for breakfast were not good. Eggs were too runny and pancakes were blah. Need to step up the food. The Embassy Suites in the North Loop had great food a few years ago.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were nice and comfortable and everything was clean!
The only downside we felt there was is that if you have kids with you and they are in the separate room on the pullout sofa bed, the light comes through the glass doors very early and if they are light sleepers it’s bright enough to wake them up earlier than you might like.

Elevators wonky, almost got stuck.
Also there is a guy roaming around breakfast buffet hustling to sign up people for points programs. Classless. Makes hotel out to be a used car lot

Beautiful, clean, staff were nice. breakfast was great lots of variety!
it was freezing in our room and staff reported that room temperature only gets to a certain temperature.

I loved how convenient it was with close parking garage and a walking distance to Rosemont Theatre.

Perfect location for attending a show at the convention center.
All the fixtures in the bathroom and the light switches were small, kindergarten size. There is no hot tub at the pool.
