tem um estação de metro perto do hotel, mas estando em Miami ajuda pouco, melhor estar de carro. Cafe da manha bom, com frutas, pratos quentes mas pouca variedade de pães. quarto muito confortavel, cama macia, travesseiro gostos de dormir. Chuveiro maravilhoso!

Nada em particular, me atendeu bem

Hôtel bien placé à 5 minutes à pied d'une station du metrorail (Coconut Grove), très pratique pour circuler vers le centre de Miami ou l'aéroport. Très propre, quartier tranquille, parfait pour le repos. Le personnel à la réception est efficace et très avenant. Déjeuner varié, salade de fruits et de baies fort généreuse.

Rien de négatif à signaler.

Que debes solicitar el aseo en tu habitación, aun cuando debería no ser opcional.

Clean and comfortable, easy walk around Coconut Grove and on the trolley route. Decent breakfast included and nice to have refillable toiletries in the shower.

Pool towels are flimsy and well-worn, could use an upgrade.

The breakfast had many options and was pretty good! The cleaning staff was absolutely delightful and thorough. The front desk staff was very helpful and nice. The pool was great. The room size was good. The function of everything in the room was great!

One elevator was down. Not the worst thing in the world, but a little inconvenient. The parking setup was not ideal, but it wasn't that bad.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness. The rooms and common areas were spotless, making for a comfortable and hygienic stay. Additionally, the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Their attentiveness and helpfulness added a special touch to my stay.

location was very close to traffic routes + a few restaurants

the parking lot was tight, very dirty entrance when i arrived. same for the entry to hotel lobby. however the next day it was cleaned up quite a bit. also they had a pipe leak so bfast/eating area was roped off day i arrived for but open when i left.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the facility was well maintained. Breakfast was good. All in all great value for money.

Breakfast could have included cereal and yogurt.

way too expensive, didn’t disclose cost of parking when I booked it. only clean the rooms every three days my husband thought the bed was too hard

We were impressed with the number of staff and their wonderful, friendly, helpful behavior. They allowed each other to play to their strengths. For example, a woman who worked in the kitchen( she was from somewhere in Europe) who made exceptional croissants was allowed to bake them each morning and serve them herself, hot, on a platter she took to each table. This gave her great joy. They were the best I've had this side of the Atlantic.

Location was great.

The bed made both of our backs hurt and we couldn’t sleep all night. But for the price I expected something better.$225 a night? Definitely not worth it.
