I could not sleep we had to switch room and got a room on the 3rd floor. The AC was much better not loud

Overall, a pleasant stay. There were some people making noise down below near the pool, but they quieted down once my husband called the front desk twice as well as the area closing down for the night.
So, on the booking.com website, we booked a “King” room. The description said that there was one double, one extra-large double two plus a sofa bed. This was important because there are four of us, and my husband and son are both over 6 feet tall and it doesn’t work for my two sons to share the sofa bed. When we got there, we were told that the King room was a king and a sofa bed. The other option was a room with two queens, which is what we ended up having to pick. It would be nice if the description was a little more clear next time. They did comp us for the parking fees, which was nice.

To be honest, I'm shocked. There was a hole between the bathtub and the wall; when I washed in the shower, water leaked through and everything flowed out into the corridor onto the carpet. The taps were leaking and as a result there was a yellow stain of water in the bathroom. The bathroom fixtures are rusty. I am attaching a photo so that I will not be suspected of deception. Never set foot in Hilton again

Location, friendly staff
Room was definitely in need of new furniture and fixtures. Couch was filthy. Toilet squeaked loudly. Carpet was torn and ripped and dirty. Bed was uncomfortable. Needs a remodel for sure. Won't stay here again. Hilton should be ashamed.

The Elevators looked a little old, as well as the hallways; it looks like they need a little freshening up.
The TV wasn't in the right place next to the bed. The mattress was old. You could tell because there was an indent of my whole body in the mattress when I laid down.

The check in process was fast, room was clean. The gym and pool is good. The attached restaurent makes it easy to have food. Apart from this i do not have much else to appreciate.
The kitchen to buy sandwitchs was not stocked regulary, especially for people who avoid meat, there arent many options. They even ran out of oats. The rooms/pathways could use more light. My worst experience was with the front desk - not at all friendly, very condesending, and unhelpful. They made us loose out food credits, stating we utilized all , when infact we had not. Also, they made a lot of things feel like gotcha, esp with expiring credits. Not all people know all terms and conditions, so its better if while checking in it is explained to customer.
And paid parking? The parking is in open space and not even gated. Why would you want to charge per day for it?

I liked that it had a pool, a restaurant on site, a gym, a bar, ample parking, quick grab and go mini-store, and nice lobby area.
The elevator’s need to be fixed, the electrical on there is so bad we used the stairs to take our luggage up and the majority of our stay thank goodness we were on the 2nd floor. When we did get on it would jump and semi get stuck between floors after that scare we used stairs all the time, and so would other patrons. The hot tub had jets that worked but no heat at all, and the doors to the bathrooms were those sliding door ones which made it difficult to close and open, and constantly worried my kids were going to slam their fingers on there because I almost did. The place looks like it needs a lot of facilities maintenance in different parts of the hotel.

The location of this hotel was the best part of the stay.
Where do I begin? One of the staff from the front desk was not very friendly and was off putting. The two elevators at this hotel were dysfunctional for the majority of the trip (we stayed at the hotel for a week). One of the elevators had to be shut down to be fixed. Even after that elevator was “fixed,” the elevators were still acting up on and off (People were waiting for a long time for them to open. Some people decided to just take the stairs including us.)
The bathtub faucet in our room had a leak meaning water keep dripping even when we turned it off and closed the faucet handle pretty tight (this is CA so water conservation is a must). The faucet in the sink kept on back flowing where disgusting gunk would appear and stay in the sink until it sunk back down. Because of this, we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub one time. We called maintenance to have it looked at and there was nothing done until we called again towards the end of our stay. The last night we stayed there, we got a call from the front desk saying they couldn’t fix the back flow problem and so they decided to give us a new room to move into (we were leaving the next day).
We were compensated for our parking due to the incident which was $20 per night. I think we should have got compensated for half our stay there. Despite the problems, the other hotel staff was pretty nice. I forgot to mention there was no fridge in our room and when we requested one, we were put on a waiting list for one. We never got the fridge until we moved into the new room the hotel provided. By that time, we had no use for it.

Dirty, old facilities. One elevator was broken, other one was loud and slow. Ants in room. Chef didn't show in the morning so for some reason there were no breakfast options. Would rather sleep in my car than stay here again.

The pool, hot tub( could have been hotter), but good. The breakfast buffet was great. The burgers were nice.
My bed was uncomfortable, cough was old and sun dried out.

The front desk staff was attentive, the waitress for the breakfast buffet was very nice, the pool was big, and the firepit area was a nice hangout spot.
The beds were hard. I didnt like that I had to ask for service when needed I like when theres housekeeping provided everyday. The bar was not stocked. Kitchen was backed up on Tuesday night.

We encountered one of your staff in the elevator carrying big cart or something.He is so serious,We said Hi and nothing after. And instead of allowing us to get through the elevator first, he didn’t. I am just surprise bec i also work in Customer related industry(Sales) And as a Salesperson, i always give my clients red carpet treatment.
