Geluid goederentrein in het midden van de nacht, vlak aan mijn kamer, elke nacht

Rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of eateries on the premises!

Location was great.

Nickel and diming from the hotel. The charges need to be straightforward so that the customer has a better understanding on what they’re being charged for before they arrive.

Nice clean and close to where we needed to be

They charged a lot for parking so I didn’t get a rental car. They didn’t offer free breakfast like was advertised. And I took almost two hours to check in because they couldn’t find us a room, even though I called and said we will arrive late for check in and wanted to make sure our room wasn’t given away. The rooms were also sooooo far from a group.

Charges to the room were unclear. Even though I asked to have charges to my room, the hotel charged my card directly but didn’t do that consistently

房間水龍頭只有熱水，換房變成降級到只有半價的房間，又吵又震動的木造建築物，抗議之後才又二次換房。 櫃台講話不老實，我懷疑是不是經由booking 定房才會被這樣對待。

Convenience

Little out dated

Everything. Bed was comfortable. Great place for a conference. Restaurants and convenience was great. Location to outside activities was great!

I can’t think of anything I did not like.
