Amazing I will be back again

The staff was very friendly the kids had fun no complaints the price was awesome I will come back here again so nice and the cookies are amazing at check in lol

No more, than you.

Yes, the room is clean, and everything went right.

Only, there was a lady in the reception who treated us rudely. She was impatient and rude, to say the least. This lady is African American and approximately 45-55. I want to complain about her there.

Zero privacy

The Bar was okay.

The walls were very thin. We could hear people in the next room snoring. You could hear inside the rooms from the hall. Zero sense of privacy. Poor water pressure. Check in was at 3pm, but our room wasn't ready until 7pm.

It was not a great experience at all

The property was somewhat OK, but the makeover was not great

As soon as you walk on the elevators, it was a smell when you got on the floor to your room. The hallways were dark Denji the floors were dirty the rooms the bed you felt like something was crawling on you. The swimming pool was horrible. It was murky and it was hair inside the pool, it was very nasty.

The guy at the front desk was so nice and accommodating even when I was able to check in late and was exhausted . Excellent service I felt like a human not like a commodity

More in room amenities like a fridge or a microwave would be nice

Excellent location for late arrival or early departure from Philadelphia airport

Great view of Philadelphia Airport from my room. Varied breakfast with plenty of choice. Airport shuttle a great help after a much delayed flight.

It could have been better!

The location was great. The room was spacious.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room. The tub didn’t drain properly. The shower didn’t have no skid mat and the safety bar was loose. No bedside clock. No courtesy coffee bar or water in lobby.

Disappointing!

Close proximity to the airport.

We have stayed at this location, pre Covid, during Covid and now post Covid. In general the hotel is dirty and dated. The hallway carpet was worn, sticky and out dated. The elevator made unusual noises. Room curtains didn’t block outside light.

Not sure if this is the one with the indoor pool that's the only thing the pool was not heated but other than that it was very beautiful place nothing I didn't like about it except that I had to leave lol

Served the purpose for what we were there for that’s it

The bed was the best thing in the room it slept very comfortable!

The room was a bit outdated considering what was charge a night the toilet acted like it didn’t want to flush at times the heating and cooling unit was super loud and sounded like it was gonna conk out the room keys for parking weren’t working properly had to keep calling for assistance to get in and out but they really need to consider giving these rooms an upgrade

Check in took 45 minutes, a long line of people waiting to check in . No hair dryer in room, called front desk for one, but they never sent one up, I’m guessing just understaffed

Room was nice

No where when booked the room did it say deposit of $100 dollars and didn’t say $20 per vehicle to park at hotel that cost me $40 to park my vehicle and hers my room went from $161.75 to $200.75 and didn’t include breakfast to many hidden fees if I would of known ahead of time wouldnt of stayed not worth it at 200

The staff was amazing and made the experience.

The staff went above and beyond and were the absolute highlight of the experience. I'd come back just for them.

Some minor cosmetic/usage problems with the hotel. The ice machine was broke, the heater constantly rattled. Nothing horrible or ruining our stay, but little things.

Die Nähe zum Footballstadion Die Sportsbar-Restaurant im Hotel war super, top Essen- top Personal( das einzig gute in diesem Hotel)

Personal beim Check in, sehr unfreundlich , unflexibel.... Zimmer total veraltet, Z.b. Badezimmertür, vollgesogen mit Wasser = verzogen und nicht mehr zum schliessen...sehr schmutzig alles

Excellent Stay.

I like the space of the room and the amenities of the hotel. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner and lotion, so I did not have to bring my own-which saved space in my suitcase. The pool area had an "adult only" time--which was great. Plus the cookies were so tasty!

The pillows were mostly softer and I prefer the firmer pillows. Have more clear directions to different restaurants in the hotel.

A convenient and comfortable stay for traveling through Philly.

Toilet kept running and was sopping wet, so I called the front desk and we were moved immediately. The shuttle service was nice to have available.

We were really far from the elevators, which is difficult when hauling heavy suitcases across a carpeted floor. If we'd had just carry ons, it wouldn't have been bad.

The majority of the staff was very very nice and the rooms were clean.

budget friendly, the majority of the staff was beyond nice and wonderful

I was told a check in time of 3pm. Only one of our rooms were ready. We had dinner and a concert to go to so had 6 women crammed into one room to get ready, causing us to miss our dinner reservation. Around 7pm we were still not able to check into our second room and were told that we would receive a call when it was ready. We never received a call but were able to check in after we returned from the concert (around 11:20pm) One of the women staying in the room has a down feather allergy. I spoke with a staff member of the front desk who put a note on the room to remove all feathers. I was told that that the down would be removed. I again confirmed that the down was replaced and was told yes. Upon arrival to the room, we noticed the beds had a down comforter. When the front desk was called they said they did not have any down free comforters. (I wish this was told to us earlier) They ended up bringing a fitted mattress cover that my friend attempted to use as a blanket. Very uncomfortable and she ended up leaving at 6am. The indoor pool that was advertised was empty. There were no fresh baked cookies which were also advertised.

Chaos.

it’s proximity to Lincoln Financial Field.

reservation said 3pm checkin, didn’t get in until almost 4. waited in line for 20 minutes just to check in and they were still turning guests away because rooms weren’t cleaned yet/in a timely manner. it was very chaotic and front desk staff was not helpful nor remorseful.
