Late check in was awful, for ten Hilton brand they need to upgrade a few things.
Comfy beds and as always the cookies.
TV buffered the whole time very old fashioned. The toilet barely flushed, the phone did not work and check in took until 0730 pm due to late cleaning.

Won’t stay here again. The weed smell was OUT OF CONTROL.
Location was good
Our room would not cool. Despite the maintenance guy trying to fix it. Then, we woke up to horrific weed smell in the middle of the night. Still waiting for a call from from management.

Good afternoon, I had to make due with accomadation, my checkin wasn't welcoming at all, I had 2 events and had to make due, First and foremost There was not a balcony as stated, I'm not sure if it's Booking.com and the young lady was saying to different things, about switching us to the assistance property, none of it never happen, also at the time of check in they would still charge my card Because it was pass the time to reservation check in time, The check in lady looks like she wasn't having a goid weekend, so no need for that, The friends we came in with left for another property, beds. not clean, also staying there people was checking in coming back with issues, and leave for other hotels, I had to stay here due to someone dropping the ball,If I want on on with the young lady who check us in, we would have been arguing, and I really don't have time for that, It would have created more of a scene, but please Refund Me. I'm not sure if it was 3rd party Booking.com are they young lady that check us in, The rooms are not clean crumb on the floors,, smells like water mildew, one of the beds look used, you see house keeping ,I NEES A FULL REFUND, I'm not sure if they don't have enough staff,are was expecting much vistors, but water keep coming out on the floor on the bathroom, flap coming off in the shower, toilet extremely low, no bags for trash cans, no microwave, pool was filthy, I NEED A FULL REFUND This is not a bad hotel,but as for my it being a home away from, it was not and it wasn't pleasant. most of the stuff triedthere best I guess, This is my review...hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, all we need is a Little more kindness and compassion and this could have gone a different way......

I won’t be staying there again!

The roomI I stayed the lights were very dim. The bathroom wasn’t clean! The bathroom floor was dirty and the tub was filthy. I called the front desk to let them know. They said they would send someone to look at it but no one showed up. I called front desk again only to be put on hold for over 20 minutes!or more,I said forget it! and hung up. I took pictures of the filthy bathroom in room 315!!!!

If I visit Charlotte in the near future, I will definitely use this hotel again. Enjoyable
I slept in every morning and didn't get to eat any of the breakfast meals. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was quiet and I enjoyed my 4 night stay. The shopping and the restaurants in a 20mile radius was very pleasing. We truly enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was gracious and helpful. Thank you DoubleTree.
The commode itself was too low to the floor. Upgrades to a more standard height would be great. Seniors, tall folks and aging adults could use that extra inch or two. The bathroom was very clean with a walk-in shower, and plenty of towels, soap, lotion, and toiletries. Not complaining about the Bathroom, itself but at my age one or two inches on the height of that commode would have made a huge difference.

Fun time with friends and family. The room served its purpose.
I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, unfortunately.
I didn't like having to use the freight elevator. Also, I think more carts should be in the lobby for guests to use upon check-in and check-out. I think the room could use a microwave although the hallway microwave worked. The pool needed better maintenance. It was dirty however my children and I still got in.

My fridge didn’t work. Staff was not all that friendly. Lamp in room was broken, carpet wasn’t all that clean.
