Wonderful place, I especially like being allowed to have a pet.
The steps outside going to the street sidewalk were a little icy from the snow. But they did their best to keep them clear.

Breakfast and location only
Musty/mildew room smell, mold in the bathtubs, bad mattress and pillows. Missing shower curtain and nightstand in our first room - had to move. All the rooms smelled terrible

Clean, easy to get to and a few nice restaurants and live music in walking distance
Too far from downtown. No places to walk to and parking was $25/day in an unsecured lot. Pool was closed most of the time we were there, only 1 floor had a working ice machine and the snack room was mostly empty.

The shower faucet was consistently leaking, more than drop.

Location was ok to reach downtown
Generally felt a bit run down, the shared areas seemed bit dirty, as did the pool. the breakfast was super basic. It was insanely expensive for what you got - $700 for three nights in a twin room.

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, room and bathroom was clean and nice. Location was great.
I didn't like the fact the pool was shut down for cleaning. Would have been nice to know before I booked the hotel.

I am still waiting for my credit of one night. Rather disappointed I couldn’t get it faster. The toilet and shower dripped. Kind of expensive for going through renovation.

You guys said this is an 18 y/o check in hotel when it is not. Had to find a new hotel.

The room was a good size and clean. I like the full size toiletries. Their vending machines were empty, but the front desk gave us complimentary water. They were very nice.
They were under construction and the workers gave us a nice wake up call at 630 am. The bed was not comfortable. Definitely not walking distance to downtown.

The location is great! Walking distance to activities. Close to downtown & Vanderbilt. Breakfast was tasty.

The location was fantastic! Near Vanderbilt Medical Dr, restaurants, etc.
The check in person was very helpful. He let us check in early because I was having a procedure at Vanderbilt in the late afternoon.
The water pressure & temp were a little low, but the facility was clean. Rather have that than dirty facilities.

The bath hand no bath clothes and only one towel for two. Room serving only on demand or fourth day of stay. Only a sheet and comforter on bed
