Homewood rooms are very comfortable.

Not a fan of the breakfast sausage. Ran out of orange juice the last day of stay.

RUDE kitchen staff treating children as criminals

Front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and gracious to our large group at check in and out. The kids were ecstatic that the hotel had a basketball for them to shoot some hoops (near the pool) for a few hours as a destressor before heading to a regional swim meet downtown Chattanooga that night.

Breakfast display and choices were wonderful, clean, and well kept! Had lots of varieties of different protein for us as a traveling swim team spending 1 night in Chattanooga. One kitchen staff was EXTREMELY RUDE when I grabbed a few breakfast plates for the swimmers since they were still asleep during breakfast hours after a late night at competitions. I thought breakfast closed down at 8:30am when I made a beeline through at 8am with 1 other parent I was traveling with to help me out. The older black woman working in the kitchen rudely commented how she was the only person working, I politely asked her to repeat assuming she was speaking to me. I filled up 4 places with each plate holding 2 omelettes and 5-6 slices of bacon then made my way back to the room to check on the kids. As soon as the swimmers (4 grown boys , ages 11-15) woke up, they made their way into the eating area to get their beverages (milk/juice/coffee), the same black woman working in the kitchen was on our tails glaring at us as we stood in line with 3 other hotel guests waiting to use the ONE waffle maker. As the 4 boys were using the waffle maker, the same black older woman working the breakfast bar pushed her way through the children to snatched up the ONE cup the 4 boys were using to poured the waffle batter into the waffle maker. I felt discriminated and unwelcomed as the elderly black kitchen staff greeted other hotel guests of her same skin color but the children were treated like criminals as they filled their plates proportionately for their growing size. The children were respectful when getting their breakfast and quietly waited for their turn using the ONE waffle maker as well as cleaned up after themselves before heading back to their room to get ready for checkout. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty but it wasn't a big deal when we asked front desk staff for the bottles. We could feel every metal springs in the pullout couch.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times the employees are friendly and very courteous

I think the hotel should update some of the furniture and amenities, it’s all rather dated and rickety also the pet fee is quite high

The front desk was excellent and attended to all our needs. The breakfast girls were great and the food was good.

I didn't like that the cleaning girls had to work so hard. They need more people to help

my flight arrived 2 hours late around 11 pm , when I arrived the hotel i found my reservation cancelled . They said they tried to reach me and left a voice mail . there was no room available at the hotel. Can you imagine being with kids and no reservation . Bad management from Homewood Suites Chattanooga.

The location,and staff was very friendly.

Room wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there.No clean sheets or emptied garbage. The room only had a shower no tub

The staff were friendly and helpful. For a one night passing through stay, this hotel was nice.

I was unable to participate in breakfast since it didn't start until 7:00 am. I was gone by then.

The hotel was just a little old and the rooms were a bit run down.

The bed linens didnt fit well on the queen bed....my husbands side of the bed came completely off and he was halfway sleeping on mattress..he is not a restless sleeper

Phenomenal stay

Very friendly and clean comfortable. Loved the set up and convience. Breakfast was awesome hot and cold options quick and sit down options. Staff on duty quick to handle any needs/questions.

Nothing really maybe firmer pillows is only thing I could even think of lol

Wonderul place to stay in Chattanooga!

This was a great hotel. The room, elevators, and lobby area were very clean. The employees were kind and helpful. The breakfast had good hot and cold options. Highly recommend!

I found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful and welcoming of my pet even though he is a very large Great Dane. The room was clean and I very much like having a kitchenette. It helped quite a bit.

I think there needs to be a better pet area. The small grassy spot in the back of the hotel really wasn’t big enough for a dog to have a good stretch. There’s lots of pavement to walk on, but they need a little more grass. The breakfast could use some serious improvement.
