Newly remodeled

We drove back up from Florida and stopped to stay well the sheets had stains on them and after calling the front desk they refused to do anything about it. Didn’t even want to compensate for the inconvenience. Wouldn’t even give up a different room. Will not recommend this place. We ended up just leaving

Good price.

Difficult street access. Only one elevator.

Breakfast was great, staff was awesome. Employees were all great and accommodating 10/10, facilities could use some upgrades.

Door to our room only worked 10% of the time, not a key issue just a mechanical problem. Pool was a big draw but closed for most of our stay.

Great centered location

Upon arriving to the room, we could easily spot that the room had not been cleaned well. Hair in and around the showers, stains, etc.

I only had 2 cups of coffee with a little pods of creamer as opposed to actual carafes of cold creamer. Cheap.

I found what appeared to be two pieces of mouse or rat poop-one near the toilet, and one on the carpet in the entry inside the room! The hotel I was quoted 175 initially but it turned out to be 215 when I checked out and they charge me $75 for my service dog which was not supposed to happen.

Facilities were very clean staff courteous and friendly breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again

a couple decided to have their dog, who wasn’t listed as service animal join everyone for breakfast. I have a dog also and respect that everyone may not want to have my dog join us for breakfast. I’m sure if they were made aware of that, it would have created all sort of problems for the hotel.
