Exceptional Embassy Suite

We were allowed an early check in which was great! The buffet breakfast and evening happy hour are an extra perk to staying here. We usually stay here when we take a cruise as it is so close to Port Everglades. Staff is friendly and work hard to please. Great place to stay!

Good all around

Love the location, the inside is very welcoming and lots of retail stores and restaurants near within walking distance.

The interior of the rooms are long overdue for a quality remodel.

Chambre vieillotte. Mobilier ancien. Literie du canapé-lit douteuse (avait fait manifestement plus que son son temps). Salle de bain exiguë avec sanitaires et mobilier hors d’âge et manque de linge de toilette (obligation de faire une demande de serviettes de toilette et de bain supplémentaires.

Location great, hotel is tired and needs work. Areas not kept clean or maintained.

Great breakfast. Lobby area nice, large and airy many places to rest and socialize.

Not a good experience

Staff wasn't friendly. Had issues with checking in. Had to cancel my room. And still haven't got my money back.

Staff wasn't able to fix my problem with payment. And they told me that the account department doesn't on weekend. So no one could help me. Had to cancel my reservation.

I liked the balcony

The room was horribly dated, the toilet didn't flush correctly, and way overpriced.

It was very nice, but not perfect...75%. But I enjoyed our stay overall.

It was a beautiful building inside and out. Very comfortable and nice view of the city. Close to restaurants and plentiful shopping.

We breakfast ends too soon, I had just driven 15 hours the night we arrived so I woke up just after breakfast had finished.

Disgusting and a huge waste of money!!!

The breakfast is pretty good. There’s a Keurig in the room and it has an adorable little store.

It’s outdated, expensive, there’s mold in the sinks and the people are wicked rude! We were supposed to get a balcony with a table and chair. What we got was a Juliette balcony facing noisy traffic. Horns, sirens and racing bikes all night long. We switched rooms to a wet moldy floor and a broken sliding door that won’t open. At least the plaza side isn’t as noisy.

Convenient location for a cruise. Nice lobby and building, but dated rooms.

The location close to the pier for a cruise was excellent. Quick shuttle service made it easy (for an extra charge). The breakfast (included for free) was great. Good selection and quality. The size of the rooms was also quite nice.

The rooms were quite dated. It wasn't the worst, but these are not new rooms.

One night with not sleep

Location

Rooms are old, need tlc, beds are unconfortable, noise during the night with trucks offloading in the shopping center in the back is horrible, impossible to sleep, they need to fix the windows to avoid that noise

Very pleasant stay!

The rooms were very spacious, and the property had some nice features like a grand lobby with plenty of seating, a nice outdoor pool area, including a Koi pond also a restaurant and bar on site.

The only thing I could recommend for the property is some refreshing and possibly some redecorating. The rooms are fine but some of the wood furniture was getting damaged. Need some refinishing. The lobby area is a bit dark and looks like it could use some new color and maybe some cleaning of the plants or new plants.

Hotel needs updating, furniture and rugs are old, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Breakfast buffet was very good.

Some Staff were not friendly nor helpful few towels asked for accessible room, it was not musty smell in room, old furniture and rugs, rooms need major update

Lovely

Hotel was clean and beautiful.

There were bees outside our balcony and we could not use. Staff at the the “e lounge” were not super friendly. Mainly the men.

Great place to stay if you're going on a cruise

The atmosphere was great and the hotel was close to shopping food store and restaurants area and the cruise port

Pre-cruise stay

Location, bed, my kid like liked the blankets(soft), the living room area, 2 TVs

Breakfast quality was not good, decor and carpet needs update for price, bathroom poor ventilation, no complementary shuttle from hotel, $15 per person, Lyft was < $10 for a ride from hotel and similar price to cruise port for a family.
