Very attentive service in a terrific hotel.

The property is ideally situated for walking around the downtown area. We weee just steps from fantastic restaurants and the Ovation Center

Great location and very helpful staff.

The locations and the staff are great. The front desk staff went out of their way to help. They were great. The staff helped me out with the internet since I wasn’t a Hilton honors member and gave me an access code. That was very appreciated

It’s a dated property. Needs a facelift. The fitness center was very small and didn’t have enough to really make it a fitness center. The coffee machine was just bad. They really need to get new modern machines. This one is outdated and gives the coffee as tea a very bad taste. Just have a kettle and instant coffee. The AC machine was way too loud. Had to turn it off to get some sleep. It was noisy and wasn’t efficient. You have a be a Hilton honors member to get internet access. The hotel needs to install some internet coverage boosters since the coverage was lost and if you don’t have hotel internet access you are out of luck

Lovely city, great views, very comfortable clean rooms.

We upgraded to top floor for privacy and the lake view was outstanding. Bed and linen very, very, comfy. Shower awesome. Location b/w 2 lakes, with capitol on one side and Monona Terrace on the other, just fantastic! Staff, service, and food excellent, 4 stars.

14floor lounge open but no coffee beverages, etc.. Did receive food vouchers which were used and much appreciated. No complimentary coffee or water in lobby. Pool very small and tile needs cleaning. No microwave in room until we asked to bring up.

The mattress, the gym, breakfast

The down pillows too soft and uncomfortable, but especially, the thermostat in the room wasn't working and we couldn't get AC so the room was too warm disrupting our sleep. Didn't realize this until trying to use it late night. I also find it a little overpriced

Great location but would never stay there again.

Location was great.

Room’s air conditioner worked all night. It was set at 70 and not only did it run all night (very, very loudly) but the room was hot and stuffy. When we went down to the lobby in the morning, we could not get back into our room. We had to wait at least half an hour ( at least) for the service staff to fix the door malfunction. One of the front staff also offered to pick us up a local newspaper and deliver it to our room. A great service but of course, he never delivered it.

We were only there one night at $300, I think it was way over priced.

We booked with breakfast but arrived to learn that would be extra. This has happened before recently with a Booking.com stay.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location

The mattress and variety of down pillows provided the best sleep ever! beautiful view of the lake. excellent location within walkable distance of many cafes, restaurants, pubs and the Capitol.

would have been nice to have laundry services on site that didn’t require sending off clothing for expensive laundering for those longer stays.

Very nice, sparkling clean hotel in an excellent location

Excellent location, nice to have parking on site. Staff were accommodating and got rooms cleaned early so that we could check in an hour early.
