Everything is delightful in this hotel – it exudes friendliness and artistry.
While it's not my first visit, I have a small suggestion for the management. On the first day, my room wasn't serviced, so I approached the reception. They informed me that housekeeping is not a daily service and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance. Personally, I prefer hotels over apartments due to the convenience of room service. I appreciate returning to a well-made bed and a clean room after a day of work. While I understand this might be a new policy, it's something to consider for future stays, as it may influence my choice of hotel.

Location was superb and the hotel is super modern and the bed quite comfortable. Really nice selection of drinks and snacks in the room too!
Everything was good but only to mention that the room booked for 3 was set up for only 2 people in terms of towels and glasses and water availability in the room.

Perfect location. Close to everything. I felt safe walking around. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. The staff was amazing and welcoming. Hotel was immaculate. Nice pool area.

The walls were paper thin so you could hear other rooms and people in the hall. Never a big issue though.

Loved the whole vibe... we are musicians, and everything in the hotel is about music. Even B Side pizza attached. They have a little nightclub too (no music when we were there though). The decor is super cute!! The pool decor too! It is walking distance to tons of restaurants, nightclubs (all the old classic clubs... Viper Room, Rainbow Room, Whisky a Go Go, Roxy) are all within a block of each other if you are into rock and roll nostalgia. We also walked a block away to The Comedy Club. Starbucks just a block away too. Perfect location!
The hotel next door was having a dj party by the pool and it was very loud. Even for musicians like us lol. I hear that Hotel Ziggy also has dj parties, so you may want to ask if that's happening. The pool was also closed the one night we were there because someone broke a glass in the pool :(

Everything about this place was fantastic. The rooms, pool, and staff were all fabulous. I especially liked the margarita hour between 3 and 4 each day. There were also pool parties at the weekend.
I think there could be a better choice of food on the menu.
Gabby the server at breakfast was fantastic, but the breakfast could be better.

it was gorgeous! and although there was loud partying in the lobby, we didnt hear anything when we closed our hotel room door!

staff didn’t allow me to check in because system was down. I had to change hotel. they never cleaned up the room during my stay either.

Very friendly staff. Great to have access to free live music and great scene on a Monday and Tuesday night
Overnight parking was $60! Would be niice to have coffee maker in the room.

I liked the fact that they had all the basic amenities one would need.
Getting a room below street level meant I had absolutely no view for a one week stay. Also, room cleaning is only on request.

staff and the concept. we’ve stayed at their hotels before but this was first time. not totally ideal for family and 9 yr old as it’s a cool music fuelled hotel with a great bar. but this was our choice as our son has been a few Times to LA and doesn’t mind staying up.
newly renovated and changed concept and it’s novel for the strip. for 45yr old parents to be able to listen to live music eat pizza and be with our 9 yr old up
to 10.30pm was amazing. and the staff and guests were great. and the place wasn’t super busy or crowded or in anyway a worry at night
pool set up is outside lots of rooms and prob for younger guests. we played in the pool in April and was fine but it’s not a family hotel for paying. it’s a cool hotel so we were fine with it
