Not good, several people in our party got sick

The property was not clean and my room smelled.

Excellent staff…exceptionally accommodating. Way too pricey for what the hotel offers. Rooms need updating, especially bathroom

The price… you have a 3-star hotel with 5-star rates…I realize it’s racetrack season but you are gouging your guests!

Exceptional

This hotel is a little bit on the outskirts of Saratoga Springs, but close enough to walk to if it's a beautiful day. The gentleman at the front desk when we first got there, was just the nicest man, He was so very present, and knowledgeable about this hotel and its location. All of the staff was very pleasant. I absolutely loved the patio on the side with the fire pits. The pool is huge which is so awesome and I love that the pool is open until 11:00 at night. We had a room with two double beds. The beds were so damn comfortable. You wouldn't believe it. The linens were so fresh and clean. The bathroom fully stocked with toiletries. Having a mini fridge and the microwave was essential for me as I was traveling through town. Pricing was a little bit heavy, but I was there over a holiday weekend so that's understandable. But love this place nonetheless. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when I visit.

I can't think of one solitaire thing that I didn't like about this hotel or it's location.

front desk clerk p.m was rude as well as the a.m front desk . Not sure who the man was but he was very helpful and kind but the girls were rude.

The room was clean and overall, very comfy after a long day of hiking and walking the town! The location was great… a little further down Broadway, but it makes up for it by being SUPER close to the state park.

The pool water was cold. Yes, it was October when we visited, but we had considered jumping in the indoor pool. The water was cold, so we didn’t end up doing so. Not sure if it’s supposed to be heated, but it certainly didn’t feel like it should’ve! Also bummed out there was no hot tub/jacuzzi.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Amy and Christine were especially welcoming.

Breakfast was very good. There was a buffet or you could have the chef cook omelets, French toast, whatever you like.

It was a very nice location and a comfortable environment to stay in.

the outside seating area, how close it was to our venue location, how comfortable the beds were, the large amount of parking, the staff was very kind.

the inside of the hotel was very warm and stuffy/ humid, the air conditioning unit was taped and boarded up with wood and plexi glass looking like it was thrown together quickly, the room was warm all night, the thermostat on the wall did not work properly, the remote was taped and did not work well, the air conditioner unit was leaking onto the carpet causing it to smell a bit musky, the pillows were very flat.
