We always stay here 1-2x year. Wish we didn’t have to pay extra to park

Location, suite a great room for us and grandkids, clean, comfortable beds. The lady that heads cleaning (Anna) is awesome, so friendly, obviously like her job, customer service. She is an asset

Pool had to be cleaned so closed several hours, disappointed kids but they let them go swim next door.

Amazing Location

Excellent location, big breakfast, comfortable beds and very clean rooms and bathrooms. So close to the airport which was perfect for us.

Shower head was pretty dirty and it sucks that you have to pay for parking.

The hotel was very clean and spacious. Breakfast had lots of options and the sitting area was large.

The location was nice, walking distance to venues, restaurants, coffee and activities.

Nice location, staff was friendly and helpful! 😊

Location was excellent. We were there for a concert at the CHI center 10 min walk. Plenty of places to eat close by. Breakfast was fine, typical stuff you normally get. Would definitely stay here again.

Not much parking, you have to pay but you aren’t guaranteed a spot so cars just park where ever if they have paid and there isn’t a spot. That can make getting out of parking spots tricky when they do that.

Not worth the money

Easy access to downtown.

For $300ish the room was basic and should have been 1/2 the price. The 1st room window was feet away from the street at an intersection. The traffic noise was unacceptable so after a few minutes of entering the room we requested to be moved away from the street side. We were moved up a level but it was above the laundry/utilities room so we could hear loud metal banging throughout the night. We also had to pay additional for parking and the parking lot was under construction so over 1/2 of it was not accessible. I wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel.

Good place to stay

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was within walking distance of my venue. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Breakfast was great.

Didn't know before I arrived that parking was not free. Parking lot was too small and had to park on the street.

Having to pay for parking…if I am paying for a room I don’t want to have to pay to park too…honestly if I had know that before booking (I wouldn’t have booked) but my daughter had picked it…

It’s was clean and close to chi arena

Booked a king room was given 2 queens. And there was no remote for the tv, called front desk, they had ME come down and get one. That one would turn on the tv but didn’t work for volume or channels. 2 more calls before someone brought one up to our room.

Superb

Parking was crazy. Had to park at the hotel next door, which was owned by the same company. It was raining and had to walk farther to our hotel.

This was a great place to stay for families wanting to explore Omaha!

We loved the location! Cool places to walk to in the area. The room was spacious, breakfast more than adequate and pool area very comfortable.

Parking was tough to find and not included with the reservation. Our room had only one window (ground floor, looking out to the parking lot), with only a blackout shade. I would have loved a sheer curtain as well, so we could have let natural light in during the day without giving people outside a chance to see into our room.

Probably not going to stay again. Wasn’t really worth the money.

I really liked the location and the fact that they had a pool.

What I didn’t like about the property was that I didn’t know that there was a Disney on Ice event nearby so the entire time there was loud with a bunch of kids screaming. I didn’t even go swimming because there were so many yelling children. Also, didn’t have enough towels for my daughter and her friends to dry off with and the day staff was rude when I was told prior, since I was a guest at the hotel, I could use the breakfast area (after breakfast was served of course), to set up a little area for my daughter and her friends to have cake and open her birthday presents. The woman who asked me what I was doing didn’t seem to approve what I was told I could do and that’s very irritating. I continued anyways to set up and they had cake. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her friends again.

Breakfast was hot and amazing. Very welcoming atmosphere. Very clean and friendly staff. Great location in Omaha, easy to get to and lots to do in the area.

Disappointing

Bed was hard and loud sounding like it was going to break apart. We had to change rooms, which was annoying because the thermostats was broken...had trouble checking in. Was not told I needed a card I had cash then he didn't tell me I had to have extra so I left went back 2 walmart put the cash on the card then come back an get the room it was just a mess...then we were in this big room with kids an the smallest lil trash can...breakfast wasn't that great....the shower handle fell off in the new room we couldn't shower...paint is chipping everywhere...it just doesn't seem like a 150$ a night place

Pleasant

Our room was nice and clean and the perfect temperature upon arrival; usually rooms are super hot or cold

Breakfast was ridiculous; lots of people standing around even for the coffee to be refilled let alone food; would have been better bringing our own. When we arrived at 7pm they were mopping the entry way, in front of the desk and by the elevators so the floor was super slick with no warning.
