we’ll be back!!

The location for us when we visit Phoenix.

The property is great but rooms are tired & need help! In bathroom, hot water facet in sink couldn’t be turned off! wasting precious water! The sheets were very worn & didn’t look clean or feel fresh! The same in bathroom! Mold in bathroom on corner floor. The hotel is in such a great location! This hotel should be outstanding as it use to be! we have come to this Embassy Suites Biltmore for years & sad to see the decline!!!!!

Good and simple

The location was great. It was near to a shopping center with nice restaurants and AMC theaters. We felt safe going for a walk.

The shower faucet was loose, and it needed to be fixed. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The shower has a little bit of mold in the walls. The complimentary happy hour was very simple compared to other Embassy Suutes... chips, salsa, watermelon, wine, budweiser, and budlight (woke beer 😖 )

The hotel was awesome! The staff is great, this is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will definitely stay here again.

We were there for vacation and booked the hotel for the Happy Hour, breakfast in the mornings and have stayed in other Embassy Suites in the past and had great experiences, at this particular location it was said that Happy Hour was daily from 5-7 PM drinks and snacks, you only had a choice of two beers, and only a few mixed drinks, the first night was ok even though we didn’t drink the flavor of beer they offered, Budweiser. The rest of the week the drinks were the same, there were no more snacks and on Sunday we were told there was no Happy Hour, when we tried to order pool side drinks we were told they don’t serve poolside even though they advertised it on the pool side chairs. We should have known not to expect much because when we first arrived to the Hotel we were 2 hours early and when asked if we could check in early they charged us $25.00 extra, we travel a lot and have never paid to get in early at any hotel chain, the room was ready so they didn’t do us any favors by having to rush to get our room done. We will not be staying at this hotel chain if this is the way they treat their customers,

Atrium was beautiful and breakfast was great

No A/C’s caused a miserable stay. Desk couldn’t switch us rooms and refused to give us a fan. Entire family was unable to rest as the room was 80+ degrees

Will never stay at this location again I highly encourage others to avoid it

They charged us for parking without even letting us know there were roaches in our room. One of our faucets didn’t work. The AC didn’t work well and was very noisy. There were some nasty stains on the carpet oh and they tried to charge us $10 a day for Wi-Fi. I’ve never seen that before in a hotel Really poor job by Hilton.

The location was great the staff was great.

In the middle of a heatwave, we were told that the hotel was having a problem with the air conditioner. I was told that our room was not affected, when in fact it was. Our room was set on 60 degrees, was feeling 78 degrees. When I asked for a discount on our room, I was told that only my parking would be comped.

Exceptional

The hotel is beautiful! The kids loved the pond with fish and the opportunity to be able to feed them. The breakfast was amazing and Maria was exceptional!

The ONLY thing was that we asked for housekeeping in advanced and they never showed up.

Be careful with this property after adding $50 for incidentals and $14 a day on parking. The person who checked us in went ahead and ran my credit card for $100. FRAUD !!!!

The Embassy Suites are our go-to for central Phoenix, especially on concert nights.

Such a convenient location for us. We love the hotel’s design and the happy hour/breakfast deals. Service is excellent and the hotel is beautiful!

Design of new bathroom cabinets invites losing items that off the surface. Small problem.

Our stay was great, front desk staff was attentive.

The breakfas was great, beautiful area and ambiance.

The room cleanliness I did not like, we stayed for 6 nights and didn’t get any housekeeping service we have to call for towels to use for my 6 family that are with us, very poor communication with housekeeping attendants don’t understand what we were saying they told us “no English”

Roaches are a sign uncleanliness, now that's a health issue.

Everything would have been fine, except for the roaches, unexceptable.

The rooms size, the location, with roaches will not trust the breakfast, will stay somewhere else.

Great stay. so glad you have revamped the rooms.

I enjoyed a previous stay. Love the fish and service is wonderful. The service is always friendly from everyone, but Edith at breakfast has been a delight every time I’ve stayed there.

Perfect loc ation - walking distance to shopping and eating.

The lobby with the fish and plants were very enjoyable. Hot breakfast. Renovated rooms.

Rooms were stuffy and only on "winter" mode so that you could not control the room temperature. We had to have a box fan and keep the patio door open. We asked for a renovated room and we were charged an extra $20 per room.
