We had an amazing time.

The staff was friend, breakfast was great and the location was central to everything during my visit. The hotel is clean and the landscape is amazing.

One entrance and exit into the breakfast area. It’s was crowded next to the omelette station.

The hotel has a lot of positives and it wouldn’t take much to bring it up to the next level.

I like the size of the rooms, the breakfast, the bar area and the outdoor lounge area. The housekeepers, the bartenders, and the breakfast workers are fantastic. The desk people could be better.

The sidewalks, halls, stairways, and elevators are in poor condition and dirty. It’s a long walk with luggage to some rooms, and the elevators aren’t reliable. I was disappointed by the desk personnel, who seem to struggle with more than one person at a time, even if two people are working.

Not worth the stay.

The beds were very comfortable.

The reception who checked us In and checked us out was so rude. Each time we had any interaction with her she was so awful. The ac in our room hardly worked. My shower was clogged and over flowed. There was hair on our lamp shade. We were told breakfast ran til 10 but it ended at 9. Over all not a good stay. The service definitely needs improvements.

I didn't know I had to pay for parking. 10.00 a night which is crazy. I wasn't even informed about this until check or time and I wasn't told but my daughter. I've never heard of a hotel charging for parking ever.The cleaning service knocked on the door at 9:20am the door was locked because we were getting dressed she tried opening the door even after saying to wait a minute since we all weren't dressed fully. Once I opened it and said we have till 11am to check out she laughed and said she'll be back at 11am as if she didn't try coming into the room without permission.

Room is spacious and staff is friendly

There seemed to be a lack of cleaning staff. There were piles of trash throughout the corridors. My room never got made and I noticed several rooms near me, who’s windows were left open, also had messy rooms.

I’d say this Embassy Suites ranks is one of my favorites

I travel frequently and usually try to stay at in Embassy Suites. This was the second time I stayed at this hotel in Tempe. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve had great selections and the omelettes were awesome. I have eaten dinner several times in the bar/restaurant. It is a limited menu, but is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Perhaps a more varied snack bar, some premade sandwiches, or little hummus snacks.

Not satisfied with the rooms provided. Broken bathroom.

The rooms where comfortable and breakfast had many options.

The washroom had broken equipment's. This should have been taken care before checkin.

I would use it again for a short stay

The best breakfast ever. Very close to ASU Close to the airport.

Great breakfast, free drink coupons were nice. Convenient location.

The property was poorly maintained. Filthy walkways & stairwells. Large, empty flower/shrub pots everywhere. The happy hour buffet was not replenished or tended.

Would not make a return visit to this property.

Mediocre at best. Line too long to get omelette on second day. Only redeeming feature.

Room had an unpleasant odor and was dark. No outdoor area to escape smell and darkness. Ground floor with very noisy upstairs neighbors.

Loved the breakfast and the staff at breakfast. The staff were fast and friendly. So attentive I felt special! The breakfast food was much better than I expected

I loved our stay but the pillows were terrible. Bring your own!

We enjoyed our staff, the room was comfortable & we plan to return once the pool is running again.

The friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet.

we chose this location for the pool and hot tub for the kids so we were very disappointed when we were told during check in that they are out of order.
