Your property was a place to stay for our 4 night Tucson vacation all the way from Iowa.

The common areas were nice. The HVAC system in the room was quite accurate.

There were no wall light switches! Except for the bathroom. You had to find your way to lamps and know where each different lamp switches were. There should be at least a light switch as you enter the room! The toilet would only flush completely if you held the lever down 4-5 seconds. We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the breakfast really only the last morning. All others were the same and dull.

NO ME GUSTO QUE NO HICIERAN LA LIMPIEZA DE MI HABITACIÓN DIARIAMENTE. ADEMAS EL LABAVO ESTABA MEDIO TAPADO, NO SE IBA EL AGUA RAPIDAMENTE

Location Architecture Staff are friendly

So loud with teenegrs playing till 9 at the pool then running and screening in the corridor Connecting rooms so Loud with baby and his mom Breakfast no healthy choices like gluten free or vegan I won’t stay again over as it’s not my type of hotels

beatiful location, front desk did her best and was very sweet

we could not stay here, booking.com complely messed up the booking and the hotel was full and could not accomodate us for two days so we had to leave

I loved the room and how clean it was.

I happened to notice a homeless person getting food from the breakfast buffet and I didn’t think that it’s appropriate for the hotel staff to allow homeless to enter since we are paying. If food can be given then have them wait outside and someone can give them a plate outside

I should’ve been refunded some money for my awful night stay!

Other hotel guest were partying until about 4:30 in the morning. It only stoped because I went to the front desk and complained. Also our room was right next to an exterior door that was broken. Throughout the night people would continually try to open this door which echoed through the whole hotel. I brought my son up for a baseball tournament we were completely exhausted the next day from lack of sleep.

Pleasant. I would stay at the hotel again. It met my needs and was easy to travel back and forth.

The breakfast was good. I was not expecting a full buffet but I got what I was looking for. I liked the location of the hotel. It was very easy for me to get around a city I was not familiar with. Most of my entertainment, restaurants and site seeing was close by.

My only complaint would be less noisy guests close to my room. Loud coming in at a later time of night. This is no fault of yours. And I was hoping for a vending machine to get drinks.

Exceptional

The check in was very friendly and speedy. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. So many options and really delicious. Pool was clean and the sitting area was nice.

Very clean and location was good for a sporting event at The Sporting Chance facility.

The rugs. Did not like the design of the rugs.

The hotel facilities were good but unfortunately our room was next to a room occupied by students. There was probably a team (30 or over) from a school that was staying in the hotel and the room next door to us was like the epicenter for the students to get together and they were so loud and disturbing in the evening and we had to move out to another room in the evening around 9 pm. That was very inconvenient but the good part was, the hotel staff helped out to get us a different room right away. Without the room change, I don't think we would have had a good sleep.

All the staff was great! Everything looked clean so that was definitely nice. I plan to stay here again next time I need to be in the area.

Fridge was a little small. Would be nice for one that is a little bigger. Oh and stock some tooth brushes in the little market area.
