Hotel decent but rooms need better maintenance.

The lobby was clean and well lit and the lobby decor was nice

My room smelled like cigarette smoke or weed and it seemed like the next room was smoking weed that kept siping through my vent and when i complained about it, nothing was done. Also, the toilet kept dripping and there was no way to stop it, as a light sleeper, i could hear the drip noise in my sleep which was very uncomfortable.

Very nice lobby

Loud knocking coming from the roof or somewhere.. I believe they were renovating the roof or something. Kept making me paranoid as if someone is breaking into our room or trying to get into our room

Overall stay is good but facility needs good update and maintenance

Room is spacious, though bathroom is small with tub and toilet just behind the door. Besides, Would be better if offering hand soap

Garage is under remodeling. Revolving door is heavy and automatic function didn’t work. Luggage cart is flimsy and hard to make turn at the handicap slope

Nice, roomy hotel, with few weekday guests but apparently busier on the weekends.

Kosher restaurant and breakfast were a surprise but nice.

The pre-check in communications from Booking.com and the hotel were confusing and alarming as they began THE ARMON HOTEL IS NO LONGER ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE YOU BUT…..FOUND YOU ANOTHER ROOM IN THE SAME HOTEL. this should be worded differently.

Perfect for an unexpected emergency need for accommodations.

It was clean enough (some floors a little sticky). Staff was kind, courteous and very helpful. Especially Nettie!

Bathroom is showing wear and tear for what has been a nice property.

Exceptional

I like that the property was clean, the stuff was friendly and the rooms where big and comfy.

I think the AC could be less noisy and more strong. It was not cooling enough and very loud. Also the tv could use an update.

Very good

Gorgeous hotel. Only stayed for the night. Got there late and left early. The staff was super friendly

Online it said about breakfast and a restaurant, but they no longer offer that. So that was very disappointing.

The property put us in a staged hotel which didn’t have heat and smelled like mold. it took them over an hour to change our room. they seem to be disorganized

Bad

There was some type of convention in the hotel, so the hotel management just cancelled any booking who were not part of the convention. The person who called was abrupt and rude and so was the manager. I was left to pay much more at another hotel the last minute!

2 hours stood to register, only one employee worked, after 2 hours waiting, the second employee came! 2 hours stood in line with small children

Wasn't there long enough to really comment, but seemed like a nice place and I felt safe.

Hotel was big and not easy to navigate. It was clean and seemed like it would be a nice place to stay for someone staying longer. I was only there for 1 night.

I had to pay for parking which I didn't know at the time of booking. This added a lot to the overpriced 1 night stay. I misplaced my ticket after the long haul to my room and was unable to run out to get dinner. I had to call for assistance and then waited 10 minutes for someone to lift the gate.

once I was checked in, which took nearly 25mins, my room was fine. hallways are too dark and look dirty

the lobby was beautiful and the location

the front staff was rude and made a long line of people wait while they fumbled to change shifts and attend to the growing lines of complaints from people staying at the hotel.

The hotel was almost empty, I asked to get a room close to the elevators but got one 130M from them. I have asked to store my luggage and the answer was we don't take responsibility. No place to have coffee etc
