At 11:00 on the dot one of the cleaning ladies took it upon herself to come in the room and tell us we had to leave she did that not once but she did it twice that was very unprofessional of her and we were in the middle of getting ready to check out when she done this.

Lights didn't work. No breakfast and pool out of order. Charged $120 when others we know pay $80/night; manager refused to explain the arbitrary pricing. Also charges a $50 cash deposit at check in that was not mentioned online. Manager barged into our room without knocking to tell us it was time to check out when we had already paid for another night, and did not apologize. This place is an overpriced dump.

There was a bed and a toliet. The Jacuzzi is in the room worked but wasn't like the pictures we saw online. I usually stay in Holiday Inn Express or Fairmount by Marriott.

We walked in and immediately smelled mold very strongly under the TV cabinet. The TV cabinet door was broken. The table next to the TV was missing not standing properly. Also broken. The bathroom face rags were supposed to be bright white and they were white and very brown and dirty. I was so happy to finally have a nice bed to sleep in. Thank God there was a bed in there. The Jacuzzi was dirty inside the tiles around the Jacuzzi were chipped and dirty looking. Many signs of leaks and plumbing issues. My husband immediately took pictures of the mold, the already broken things because we didn't want to be blamed for any damages. The employee didn't come look and see or offer us one of the other 5 identical suites like we selected. Because online it clearly said the hotel has 5 King Suites with Jacuzzis left available when I paid for the hotel online. Through booking.com. We are visiting his brother who is on hospice and thankfully we had a bed but I definitely thought I should bring it to Booking.com's attention and America's Best Hotels manager because I spent way more than I would have. Also they advertised Free Breakfast and their sign says they have it but it's not there. The employees don't speak English at all. My husband tried asking and they said No English and there was nothing. Said there was a pool. It was empty and online it didn't say it was out of order. Cable TV there is nothing on it. Anything you try to watch a message comes up and doesn't let you watch anything. Refers you to a call number on the TV. The fridge was falling apart. The closet rod was almost ready to fall. The bathroom sink barely worked. Didn't sleep in the sheets or use the pillows because of the mold. I can also send pictures to prove what I have stated. Just thought someone should know and some changes need to be made. Because I paid $161 and I'm highly disappointed that we weren't taken better care of during our stay.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. That's all I have to say about what I liked.

I would have liked more privacy. Twice I was walked in on by the housekeepers. Once a woman and a young girl, and then a man! A woman alone doesn't like that, let alone other guests. Pther than that STAFF WAS AWESOME!I would have liked a brighter place. The room was very dark. Especially since they have lights that are so out of date, the light bulbs aren't even made any more. If the bulbs are iut...tough luck! So much for us who has SADD.

House Keepers just walking in! After 2 times, I started to put the one chair in front of the door! That's also what's bad about the outside entry doors...no DO NOT DISTURB door signs. I didnt pay attention when booking. The place looked clean, but looking closer...it wasn't that clean. The tiny lamp on the night stand was covered in thick dust. The edges of the carpet against the walls were dirty. I know it wasn't "Covid Clean", as withheld by law. The towels were washed for individual rooms. When they took my towels, etc., I had to wait for my stuff to be washed. When I got them back, my makeup stain was still on the hand towel!! They aren't even bleaching!

Room and amenities were disgusting and/or broken. Would only allow a total of 2 towels for 2 adults. Filth throw out the room. Mirrors were cracked, hairdryer broken, paint missing in areas of tubs. Wrong tank cover on toilet. No breakfast served at all. No soap or shampoo. Dirt caked in all corners. Bathroom door had paint missing on the entire door. Phone didn't work. Room smelled horrible. Carpet was water damaged and filthy. Pool was empty. So much wrong I can't list it all.

The only thing passable was the bed and the function of the spa tub. This facility was horrible. When asking for extra towels, 2, for a total of 4 for 2 adults, they refused. If we weren't locked into this booking, we would have left.

All it was very convenient near everything in a really good price

Well that really suck at cleaning but not that bad but it could have been better but only on the clean part in the cleaning ladies rude.. the night guys pretty cool very nice so when all in all great place to stay

We got in late and we were exhausted it was a place to lay our heads. The bed had no cover on it, the floor was dirty and so was the bathroom. We left as soon as we woke up 6:00 a.m.

The bed was ok parking was right outside of the room

Got a hot tub suite I was looking forward to using it after a long day traveling and couldn't us the tub there was standing water in it. And felt like they could have gone the extra step and emptied it out. The bed sheets had stains on them and the tub and shower looked like they had a refinishing done but didn't last long was coming off
