Excellent location and super relaxing beach with easy access to everything. Rooms are well equipped and beds were comfortable. Views are breathtaking! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to Luis for all the wonderful assistance and always with a smile. Be back soon!
Rooms could use a bit of freshening up and updates here and there.

I enjoyed the area, the convenience of accessing the beach and the friendly staff.
I didn’t like their parking option. Hotel only offered valet for $30 a day. Also the cleanliness of the fitness center needs improvement. Finally having to contact the front desk twice about no towels or bathe clothes in our room.

Distance from the beach
Poor quality of rooms, dirty water in the hot tub, no any activities inside the hotel, ping pong table in the hot garage.

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. The resort had great amenities. The room was spacious and comfortable.
The bar and restaurant closed a little too early for a night owl like myself.

The reason I booked this hotel was value for money. travelling from the UK in December first thing you want is sun and pool.. sun we did get.. pool was closed due to maintenance. not anywhere did they tell us upon booking or in check in. only the next morning when I went to use the pool. if I knew the pool was closed I would of never booked this hotel. all the manager said was you can have a free breakfast, to be honest would of had better at a shelter .

Staff was unable to help cancel or credit due to Hurricane Nicole. South Miami & Dade cancel school and other services in preparation. The airlines issued a credit to avoid any cancelations or congestion which I provided as proof.

The guy who seats you outside with the umbrella was rude he said to my husband and i when we asked if we could be seated separately from other guess who looked like they were in a can of sardines. he moves us however when I explained I didn’t want to be in the sun he said i should be happy he could put us with everyone else with a whole attitude not to mention their where other people off to the side with us. Corona is still around and everyone in my opinion you could reach out and kiss your neighbor. but the manager was very nice and apologized. however i will not be back.
