We didn’t get the room we booked, a lot of things weren’t in our room. For example coffee maker and microwave

The room was an adapted one so had plenty of room for me to move around in my wheelchair

Accessible and well located. The service desk was excellent and mainly Mr. Sylla. He was absolutely great for check-in.

The room was large and beds were comfortable. The location was great and close to some good dining options. I loved the views from our room, we had a corner unit, and Central Park was a few blocks away.

Check in was horrible. We arrived at 7PM and there were only 2 employees working. As Hilton Honors members we chose the appropriate line, but still had to wait about a hour for check in. I understand this is a massive hotel, but they should be staffed appropriately. Also, a few elevators were down or would not move after entry, so we had to walk down a few levels and try to catch a different elevator

L‘hôtel hébergeait le salon auquel je participais. Avoir une chambre aussi comfortable, une vue aussi incroyable et du personnel aux petits soins à quelques étages de mon lieu de travail pour la semaine était un bonus indéniable. Je ne regrette pas avoir changé d’hôtel à la dernière minute.

The room was not clean. Refrigerator was dirty. There was hair in the shower drain. I did not shower as I was unsure if the shower had been cleaned.

Rooms are out of date and not very clean. Towels had spots that didn’t come out in the wash. Or maybe they were just dirty.

Basic things not in an usd 828 per night room (bottle of water, slippers, some stuff for women in bathroom) Light of room entrance not working Service at Herb not polite, we had been granted an amenity for our wedding anniversary (check in lady mentioned champagne etc). It could not be delivered because of privacy sign on our door. Next morning we had to pick it up at Herb. Not really known over there and we almost had to beg to get the stuff (basic red wine, fruit cup, small bottle of water) Restaurant in the morning was good

We didn’t have breakfast - although it was really expansive for the not really nice standard. The city view was completely disappointing !

The property was super clean, and very close to everything we wanted to do in NYC. We took the subway everywhere, but when we were walking on foot the staff was very friendly in helping us understand where to go and the best way to get there. Very kid friendly and the on-site breakfast was really convenient!
