I wish Parking wasn’t an extra charge, but I fully understand.

Nice and clean rooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. The pool area was good, with loads of sunbeds, clean and cold water available. There is also a nice garden, that’s comfortable for relaxing after a day of touristing.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovation, so we couldn’t have breakfast. However, there’s a fridge and coffee maker in the room, so we managed with a little help from the nearby supermarket.

Friendly staff, convenient location (approx. 15 minutes to Hollywood and Downtown LA, 30 mins to Santa Monica). Room was spacious enough.

Could have been more light in the room, only lamps to light the room. Towels looked a bit dirty. Body wash may have caused a minor allergic reaction (this is clearly a personal complaint).

If you have an electric vehicle and plan to charge here, just don't. It was our first charge with an electric vehicle we rented so we didn't know any better, but they are price gouging so badly it's insane. This could be a good hotel but this is absolutely unacceptable - we're talking 5x the normal rate or more. Even worse, they will keep charging you past fully charged if you leave it on overnight (and it's a very slow charger). Furthermore the parking situation is pretty antiquated. You need to call them to get the gate open and the same for leaving. It's not a "modern" hotel, they are definitely stuck in the old ways.

I dislike the bathroom I couldn’t take a shower properly. the shower head was I installed facing the wrong way . some how it was facing the shower curtain . all the water would come out . 🫠

The blood spattered ceiling in the first room I was given. The general disrepair. peeling walls, rust and shoddy locks. Faulty electrical equipment and paper thin walls. Extortionate parking charges for the hotels own car park. A hotel desperately in need of immediate renovation/bulldozing.

The rooms were extremely small, nothing like the pictures shown online. NO AC CONTROL IN YOUR ROOM!! I called front desk asking because room for stuffy and they said they only have heat unit in room but room is programed to be at 70 degrees which is lies, when I stayed there temperature outside was 60s but room felt so stuffy had to sleep with balcony door open. The bathroom is NOTHING like pictures unless you book king suite

Hidden fees everywhere. almost couldn’t afford to stay. booked a room for 5 people but the room only slept 4, they expected me to pay $150 for a rollaway bed which I literally could not afford because of the more than $70 in room tax, a $100 “deposit” I had no idea about until I was at the front desk and $30 parking a day in a huge half empty lot. The beds were double beds not queen size as advertised on the app. vending machines don’t work. staff is careless and rushy. our room on the third floor was outdated and stuffy. absolutely horrendous especially for the price.

The property was clean and close to the venues we were visiting. The staff was great.

The surrounding neighborhood was not the safest. The website said there was a restaurant on the property. Upon arrival we were informed the restaurant and bar were closed.

What’s not to love? The rooms are super clean, the ones I’ve stayed in (3 times now) were all overlooking the courtyard. The courtyard is completely magical, whether you are looking down at it from your own balcony, or sitting with a book. it has ALWAYS been super quiet- one or two people now and then sitting quietly… the sound of the water is lovely, even on the third floor!!! The gym has ellipticals, weights, bikes… download a guide to the local television stations, though, but that is the only thing I might improve. staff at the front desk is friendly, helpful and patient:-) I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
