Miły czas w fajnym miejscu.

Lokalizacja, czystość i wysoki standard. Wygodne łóżko, duży pokój, przestronna łazienka. Do tego żelazko, deska do prasowania, ekspres do kawy, a nawet mata do jogi. Przemiły personel. Chętnie wrócę, jak nie do Bostonu to innego hotelu tej sieci.

Great vacation, and a great place to stay.

Boston is beautiful, and the club Quarters is ideally located for shopping and sightseeing. Comfortable, with great facilities and excellent staff, if you had any needs or queries, all you had to do was ask some of the staff who were always available. The residents lounge was relaxed and always had a generous supply of fresh coffees and teas.

The pub adjacent to the hotel was a great convenience, however the service was a little delayed, and fractured.

Relaxing stay in great hotel

I loved the refillable water bottles, the room was very kid safe. It is in a great location and good walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

Great front desk staff, hygiene could be better

Location, awesome desk staff

Underwear (not ours) found underneath bed. Just one bar of soap to clean hands and bodies for 2 people for 2 nights. Not very hygienic

Room was very small with even smaller bathroom. Room was old and dirty. Dirty walls, hair stuck to shower curtain, and walls in the room. Loud heating / air conditioning unit.

Underwhelming

Early check in available, water bottle and coffee machine were nice, the bar attached was good quality

Great stay. Would recommend.

Location was perfect. Water dispenser on each floor and in the lobby also coffe machine. Good shower.

Great location in heart of Boston for the explorer!

Loved the location which was perfect for sightseeing on foot + very good for Uber, the staff were excellent.

Could hear neighbors though walls, but not every night.

Great location and good value place to stay

Free coffee and a nice central place to read a paper, room very comfortable with a nice bathroom and shower. Very helpful staff

The ‘restaurant’ next door had terrible service - extremely slow to the extent one to chase someone to get any service at all. There was no milk or teabags in the room - just coffee and coffee mate or ‘half and half’ - i chose the ‘non housekeeping’ option which in retrospect was a mistake as nobody cleaned the room or emptied bin/replaced coffee/loo paper etc for 3 days

4 stars no bells and whistles

This is a good hotel in the centre of Boston. The twin room was average size with enough space for two people to move around. It was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had everything you need. I liked the water pressure in the shower.

I wanted to extend my stay and book another night but I was told at the reception they don't do bookings there and I had to book online and they'll try to give me the same room. That was a little strange. One of the female receptionist was weird. When I checked out I asked for a receipt and she said NO because it was prepaid through booking.com, when I insisted she said it was a joke. Then I asked if I could leave two bags for a few hours again she said..NO sir, you can't, when I said that's strange again she said that I was a joke. Luckily her colleague Maya was a very nice person and jumped in to help me and she told her how to print the receipt and also took the bags in. Thank you Maya for being professional.

Great Stay

The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was great close to Quincy Market and subway lines. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the coffee machine and bubbly water in the lobby. Also water bottle stations on every floor. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again.

A mixed bag. Equal in pluses and minuses.

Convenient location in a very congested downtown Boston

Very awkward hotel. Staff was a mixed bag. Woman on duty Sunday was great, helpful, informed, and friendly. The men were pretty aloof, not knowledgeable about fundamental things…pretty vague. Food availability and advice was a problem. Room small and expensive.

A short walk from practically everything in Boston. Clean, friendly, comfortable.

The hotel is very centrally located - a short walk from everything. The street is quiet. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with a fridge, iron and ironing board. Good coffee available in the lobby. No breakfast.

Not very expensive for Boston and probably up there with the best value available there.

Location was near downtown. Room was small but sufficient for single person. Lobby, facilities, cleanliness, restaurant were good.

It would have been good if the guest washroom was at the same level as lobby

Location great - room small & bathroom needs some upgrades.

Liked the water bottles available in the hallways. Location was close to everything we had planned. We walked to every thing,...sites, train, ferry. Desk was nice - room was a little small.

Bathroom shelf was super narrow and worried things were going to fall off into the toilet. We had one hair appliance fall into the commode and thank goodness it was not plugged in. Mirror hooked on the wall was flimsy and we thought it was going to fall off into the sink. When using the shower - the curtain would blow in toward you & stick to you while showering. Perhaps the curtain needed weights at the bottom to prevent that from happening.

Location, location, location! Walking distance to lots of places. Staff were very helpful. The hotel had more eco friendly and sustainable options with refillable water, maid service of you wanted it etc

Not a trip to be remembered

very close to city centre

the price of > 600 USD for a night because there was a congress in town… R I D I C U L O U S!!! for such a simple room with no breakfast, B U T you could get a free coffee at least 🤣

Location, refrigeration, refillable water bottles, fresh brewed coffee, living room and a strong wifi.

Maid disregarded my “Do not Disturb” sign hung on my front door knob and came in to clean the room yesterday morning. I never requested room service. She also left 2 cleaning rags and a waste can liner on the desk.
