Spacious 2 brm apartment in a a great location

Comfortable apartment for our adult family. Great to have a full kitchen Hot chocolate’s from the vending machine

Séjour agréable, quelques points à améliorer et ce sera parfait.

L'appartement spacieux. La cuisine. Le personnel d'accueil très gentil. La proximité du métro, bus, commerces.

L'attente à l'ascenseur. La salle de petit déjeuner trop petite, et 2 matins où il n'y avait plus rien en viennoiseries. Les toilettes dans la salle de bain. Le bruit extérieur.

Alojamiento ideal para familias y grupos

El apartamento está fenomenal para un grupo o familia. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y salón. Y la experiencia ha sido perfecta, por situación, limpieza y atención. Destacó la cantidad de sitio de almacenaje para colocar el equipaje, las cosas de aseo...para mí es un plus poder tener espacio para colocar todo el equipaje y tenerlo a mano. Las camas son espectaculares de cómodas!!!! Todo el personal un 200 de 100, muy atento amable y siempre atento por si necesitas alguna ayuda. No se si podremos repetir el viaje, pero les aseguro que les recomendaré. MUCHAS GRACIAS POR SU AYUDA Y POR HACER TODO FÁCIL Y SENCILLO.

Los únicos puntos de mejor@: **que las habitaciones no están muy bien insonorizadas, nada que no te permita dormir teniendo el cuenta el cansancio que acumulabamos con las visitas del día... No se si puede deberse a la instalación del aire acondicionado, ya que confirmamos que tiene doble ventana con doble hoja. Si que es verdad que esta ciudad no duerme y es muy, muy ruidosa. **en el desayuno me ha faltado opciones para tostadas saladas o biegles: chorizo, jamón, queso o similar y tomate triturado y aceite de oliva (desayuno muy popular en España)

Zentrales Hotel mitten in Manhatten mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Sehr schön war die Dachterrasse um ein wenig draussen zu sein. Allerdings gibt es hier keinen schönen Blick, da man auf die umliegenden noch höheren Gebäudefassaden schaut. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich. Eine von beiden hat sogar ganz gut deutsch gesprochen. Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, da man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss mitten im Geschehen ist.

Die Einrichtung ist doch schon recht abgewohnt. Speziell von dem Ausziehbett sollte man nicht zuviel erwarten. Für uns hat es für 4 Tage gereicht.

Un super séjour, nous reviendrons !!

La taille, l’équipement et la propreté des appartements, le petit-déjeuner très complet, le calme (relatif, on est à New York!) car situé dans une rue peu passante, le métro à 3mn, le rockfeller center à 5mn à pied, la gentillesse de Douglas et Alayha (désolée pour l’orthographe approximative !) à l’accueil.

Des détails insignifiants : l’attente parfois un peu longue à l’unique ascenseur de l’hôtel (9 étages), le monsieur au petit-déjeuner pas toujours très aimable, l fenêtre dans les chambres qu’on ne peut pas totalement fermer à cause du bloc clim’.

We loved the hotel and the apartment. Highly recomended for families with 3-4 kids.

Breakfast is a pretty basic American buffet. The room was very big and comfortable. Huge living room with seperate dining are. Big rooms. Kitchen was well equiped. Staff is supper attentive. Location is a winner.

Breakfast are is bery small and struggles to accomodate all the guests at once. AC was a little hard to set right. Low floors are very noisy from the street. Elevator is very small and slow. Bath was a little small for such a big apartment...

Muy bien, volvemos seguro

La ubicación excelente, la habitación muy bien, grandes habitaciones y cocina, el baño era un poco anticuado. La pena es que no tenga 2 baños, porque para 4 personas, es un poco justo. El desayuno fantástico

Que solo tenga 1 baño la habitación, el ascensor... solo 1 y siempre va lleno y hay que esperar bastante

Comfortable stay with good value

Central location close to Times Square and Central Park. Spacious, charming apartment.

Slow elevator and a bit difficult to open the door to the apartment with the keycard, which failed too often.

Roomy Family Accommodations Neat Almost Everything

Spacious family rooms and a location that can’t be beat. Charming interior and very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Overall very good stay, would book again. Great value.

Excellent mattress, slept like a baby. Futon mattress was dated and was marginally OK. Location is unbeatable! A few minutes walk to closest subway station, near numerous places to eat and drugstores. Literally next door to a seemingly very nice Italian restaurant (did not go) and a super pizzeria (Belleza) Safe neighborhood. Breakfast covered all the bases, better than some of the more expensive hotels offer. Clean room, cleaning service every other day did a fine job Friendly staff at reception

Furnishings are dated and they show it. Still, they are functional. AC is loud but it does the job The delay issue with the elevator at the ground floor level is annoying but manageable. Water refill station needs a lot of help, please fix it.

a week of sightseeing, good nights’ rest and great neighborhood

great beds, very spacious with a kitchen, dining table and lots of closets.

elevator was out of service on our first day and very slow the rest of the time. hot water was out of service from 8-4 on our first day. only one bathroom for 3 guests was not ideal but we wanted two bedrooms.

Great location and a perfect for families that may need a little more room than a traditional hotel.

This was a perfect location to access all NYC has to offer, without feeling like you were right in the middle of things. Subway access is within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-20 minute walk to Rockefeller Center, Time Square and Central Park. The ability to have separate rooms for our family of 5 (with very different sleep schedules) was great. It was like have 3 hotel rooms for our family at one time. We will definitely look at staying here again when we travel to NYC the next time and have already recommended it to many friends.

The only negative I have is that the elevator is a little slow. We were on the 2nd floor so we just walked up the stairs each time we left the apartment. That would be a little harder if we were on the 5-7th floors. But that was a VERY minor inconvenience.

Excellent! I highly recommend this place. Great for business travelers and families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and generous. The business center computer was available.

Comfortable, clean and perfect location

The penthouse suite was very spacious, comfortable and very clean. Location was fantastic. it was great to be able to come back after really busy days sightseeing and relax in plenty of space for our family of 5 and so much better than just a hotel room. Staff were very helpful and pleasant too. Breakfast was great everything you could want kids loved it and the coffee was good.

Decor was a little tired and old fashioned but no big deal

If you have a big family definitely get the penthouse, has a very spacious room. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Everything is in walking distance and you can always grab a taxi or Uber

Big Mid-Town

Big. Coffee/Espresso/Hot Chocolate Machine

Rooms were a little run down - should have laid quarter round along the baseboards, water damage in the bathroom. The water pressure in the shower was terrible!! The wifi shut down for over 24 hrs, and they didn’t give us a discount when asked to compensate for the massive inconvenience - 😞 It was hot! we had to run the air conditioners when it was snowing to keep the room from being a sauna. It worked out, but that’s wasteful.

Spacious, clean, great location

The room was spacious enough for our family of 5 and spotless. Location was great.

The breakfast. Hot food was awful. The space was so incredibly small that it was stressful to be down there. You can bring food up to your room, but there wasn't an easy way to carry it, so that was awkward. The breakfast staff was WONDERFUL and extremely helpful though as was all the rest of the staff.

lovely, would definitely stay here again!

loved the location and the space, exactly what we needed. felt like living in an apt in nyc.

housekeeping was once every two days which is fine, but we requested to change to one day later because someone in pur party was ill and needed to stay in the room on our assigned cleaning day. on the following day when we had requested housekeeping and were confirmed in the lobby that it would be done, we came back and the apartment had not been cleaned. we ended up having to request towels and linens and did it ourselves.

The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast was a quick way for us to grab a bite in the morning. The location was great.

The coffee could be a little stronger, but it worked.
