Great Stay good value.

Great location from the airport. The rooms are very clean. The beds comfortable. No complaints.

Would not recommend

The staff were friendly

It is very dirty from the doors to furniture to everything, smells like cigarette smoke . I did see someone washing the entry floor but it was a waste of time because it was at checkout so we had to keep walking on it. The room I had was so dirty I couldn’t sleep

I enjoyed my stay and it was conveniently close to the airport.

The awesome jacuzzi tub. The room was clean and very roomy for the price.

The price of the snacks, a little expensive I enjoyed my stay and it was conveniently close to the Airport.

Averages affordable hotels to sleep in only

Breakfast is not good at all a lot of Breakfast bar and candies. A lot of carbs

Staff was sleeping. My fire alarm went on for 5 minutes for no reason and then shut off. Call the front desk and he didn't know what to do or said.

Stay somewhere else if you can

The hotel employee who checked me in was very friendly and helfpul.

I was stranded at the Orlando airport and made a reservation at this hotel because it was one of the only rooms left near to the airport as it is Spring Break. For the price, the room was poor quality. There were stains on the carpet, the towels, and I woke up with a bug in my bed! Additionally, the mattress seemed to be broken and without springs, as soon as you laid on it, you sunk in. I could not enjoy the breakfast because I had an early flight to catch, but saw that it was just coffee or tea.

check in was pleasant and efficient, location was semi- close to airport room and bath were clean and bed comfortable

room air was 'stale' , was a little better after running AC. No info in room on TV channels (channel numbers for different networks)

Horrific

Clean and reasonably priced.

I had booked two nights and paid a month in advance. I was called the morning after first night and told I left my stuff in my room. I explained I reserved and paid for two nights a month prior. They said they only showed one day and that had to get my stuff out of the room or the manager will put it out! I explained we were at Seaworld with toddlers and asked them not to do that. They said they had no more rooms for me even to pay for an additional night. They told me to call Booking.com that there’s nothing they could do. I spent 45 minutes of my trip at Seaworld on the phone. Booking.com handled the rest of the calls with them while I was on hold. I did have two nights reserved and paid for and miraculously they did have a room and we were able to stay (in our same room) without our stuff being touched. It was also hard to find staff that spoke English to get towels from and the breakfast lady clearly did not like her job and ignored people, other than us , when asking for silverware. Very poor staff. This was a horrific experience being on vacation, unable to return to the hotel quickly and being told our stuff will be put out!

Large clean room, 10 minute cab ride from airport. Good hotel for quick stopover. No frills but clean. Breakfast very basic but OK given price

Very noisy fridge in room. Had to unplug it to get any sleep. Carpet could have done with a deep clean.

Location to airport.

Room smelled like syrup. Main blankets were dirty. Needs a refresh of paint. Overall the hotel would be good with a fresh paint job and some small updates.
