The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The full size fridge/freezer was useful as we travel with food.

We have dietary restrictions and usually we are able to see packages of food to see if we are able to eat them for breakfast. I had inquired if I could see the packages of the waffles/pancakes/muffins and the person said they don’t have them and they throw them out.

The receptionist is very nice. Hotel provides free parking.

I went to the hotel, I asked the price for one night, they said $317 at the reception. I told her that how could this be? It was $153 in the booking an hour ago. The receptionist didn't believe me. I showed her the price on the phone. The working woman told me that if you want, make a reservation from the booking. from booking again. when I tried to book again, I saw that the price was $202. The reception price increased before I booked. I paid only $256. that woman is deceiving people at the reception and they are engaged in fraud. The conditions in the room are also not good.

I am extremely unhappy with my stay. I was supposed to stay until August 1. Stayed 2 Nights only. Advertising was completely not transparent I booked a room with a full kitchen so that I could cook and it had ZERO cups, plates, cutlery, bowls or pots and pans. When I asked about that they said pots and pans coat $50 extra????????????????? They say they are not a full service hotel but a self service hotel. 1) I don’t know what that means 2) BOOKING.COM should make it completely clear what you are paying for!! There were many added fees that brought the pro final Price up $400. I spoke to the manager and they could have cared less about my feedback or my unhappiness. That took the cake for me. I run courses all over the world on high quality customer service. This for me I rank at the bottom because of the manager’s response to me. I will NEVER stay here again and will write this review on YELP and other places. What place has a full kitchen with stove, dishwasher, fridge and NO anything- BARE kitchen you can’t cook, cut, boil tea… that is the craziest thing I have ever heard of!

the breakfast are not the same quality they used to be They cut back on bagels and they now offer a bowl of cream cheese that everyone breathes over . Very unhygienic as apposed to individual wrapped cheese

The property was clean. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was quite large and spacious. All the facilities including a microwave, coffee maker and fridge were available.

The property was a bit far from the nearest subway station.

AC was not working
