We loved it! Loved being in the middle of everything and then hearing all about the history of Omni Parker House

Great location and history of the building itself

Check in was backed up but the line went quick. Mattress seemed to be worn and sank in middle

Excellent Classic Hotel clean with comfort bed and pillows

Very nice hotel, a classic one, comfortable bed and pillows! No refrigerator in the room, it is an old hotel but very well-maintained; clean and nice staff; unfortunately we had to pay extra for parking.

Extra pay for parking. It was difficult to leave the hotel without help with luggage. Nothing else that we remember now

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Bonus, it is the oldest hotel in Boston!

The location is excellent! It is about .5 miles (12 minute walk) or less to lots of eating options! I had booked this hotel because it was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area and I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful…old but very clean. The staff was very friendly. It felt extremely safe.

When I checked in, they charged me for my entire stay +20% for incidentals. They didn’t tell me this when I checked in and then when I checked out, they said, I owed that same amount again. I wish they had informed me of this when I checked in and let me know that that I would be charged again when I checked out. It worked out exactly the price that I paid for online but it was very confusing. The only other complaint I have was that it was kind of loud. We could hear the people next to us talking. I don’t know if they were just talking really loud or if the walls are that but it was annoying.

Equipe de checkin/checkout, com péssimo atendimento. O quarto que me foi concedido não existe em nenhuma foto de divulgação no site do Booking. Quarto muito pequeno, cama pequena, para ser utilizado por um casal. Preço absurdo da diária para um quarto horrivel. Este foi o pior quarto que aluguei através do Booking em todas as minhas viagens. sugestão a equipe Booking. O valor da reserva efetuada destacada na confirmação da reserva deveria ser o TOTAL , já com impostos. A informação da diária sem os impostos, gera situações embaraçosas.

I will always enjoy a hotel like the Parker House. I prefer an older classic hotel that is updated.

Room was clean and in good condition.

I am sick to death of resort fees. Create user fees or put it in the cost total of the room. It ought to be illegal to quote a price and then add to it.

We had a great experience and would happily return to stay again.

Location was perfect and within walking distance of all of our destinations. Loved the architectural details and history of the property. Breakfast was very good with prompt and friendly service.

Bit of a wait for the elevator during busy times.

Overall great experience, I did not expect the final price to be as high as it was.

The beautiful details on the decore in the common areas (holiday decorations, carpets, gorgeous elevator doors, history), friendly staff, and helpful concierge. We felt special receiving gifts for the kids and water when checking in, and a voucher for a complementary beverage. The hot cocoa bar was an overall trip high point for my kids (and a treat for the grownups to watch them enjoy a special holiday activity. The staff was very kind!

I was really surprised by the final price of our stay. I was not aware that so many fees/taxes were not included when I made the booking. It was a VERY nice hotel, and we had a good experience, but if that had not been the case or if I was on a tighter budget if would have been a real problem for us.

AWFUL

Service and food in both restaurants were rxcellent

The front desk both at check in and check out - really awful. Zero customer service, Nasty attitudes. We will not stay here again nor recommend to our family and friends who are coming in from out of town. Terrible experience!

Not worth the $

Comfortable mattress

Tiny room, hot water didn't work the first night, elevators are terrible and we had to take stairs multipe times, and the hotel bar was always packed and there was a wait.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. It was in the perfect walking distance to all the sites.

Very Nice!

The location was fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

The TV was angled because it was on the side of the bed. Not a big deal.

Perfecta opción de alojamiento en Boston

La ubicación es excepcional. En el mismo centro para caminar a todos los puntos de interés de la zona de downtown. Restaurantes y zona comercial al lado. El hotel un clásico conservado, aunque podría ser el momento de actualizarlo. Personal muy amable.

La camada es cómoda, muy alta por varios toppers añadidos. Y la habitación justa de tamaño. La bañera con cortina antigua y poco práctica.

Right in the heart of Boston

This is a old world hotel, with lots of space, comfortable seating in the reception/bar area and old world service. So conveniently located we were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.

Boston is an American historical institution! Love the city and all it has to offer. But Omni Parker house is not worthy

Location and history.

Everything was wrong. Room small, door attendant didn’t help open the door, furnishings are old outdated and worn out. Wallpaper in room is peeling off. Bed is worn out and too soft plus it leans head down! No mini bar or anything open to get a cocktail! Limited restaurant or room service time frames when open very unaccommodating for a traveling guest who needs something to drink and eat! Shabby, worn out overpriced overrated hotel! I don’t need a roll or pie to beg for I just want to feel elegant and pampered with a cocktail and nice snack or meal.?

Okay, very central for sightseeing around Boston. A little expensive for what you get.

Central location, valet service, quick check in. One of the only hotels that could fit a family of 6 in. Two executive beds, a sofa bed and we had an extra roll in bed. It’s expensive but I couldn’t find anywhere as cheap and central that took 6 people.

Slightly old looking. Bathroom was very small. No fridge in room. Not enough towels for 6 people. It was expensive.

History and location is everything for this hotel!

The location was everything! The history of the hotel was why I booked it! The lobby was absolutely gorgeous!

We had a very late arrival and I had texted the staff letting them know I was to going to be late. I had no idea how late we were going to be. Anyways, I was charged a no-show fee and on top of that, the fridge I had requested, was not in our room once we arrived in the room. I also noticed that there was black mold or mildew in the grout in the shower. I had expected better quality and service from this establishment. It was still a nice stay overall though.

Visit and see the decor and the rice history of the Parker House. But, for comfort and food, there are many more better

The beds the most comfortable you really do sleep well twice I've stayed here now and whilst the standard room is not that big it's very quiet , the gym is very good also

Nothing to dislike about the hotel itself obviously its a piece of history the price could be cheaper but it's a prestigious hotel

Lovaly historic hotel close to everything, and warm, welcoming staff

front desk staff were very helpful, accommodating and understanding; hotel was exquisite

just a little pricey for an overnight stay for a funeral...but the location and the hotel itself were exceptional (so I guess the price is to be expected!)

Superb

The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect! We were able to walk everywhere easily. Boston Commons is a block away and the Freedom Trail is out the front door. The hotel itself contributed to our wonderful Boston experience with it's charming history and decor that just made the trip even better. Boston Cream Pies were invented at this hotel! Loved it.

Much too expensive for what you get.

The room was big enough, the two full bed were comfortable but 1 full bed for 2 adults a bit too small. The bathroom was okay but could be cleaner. The mirror was damaged. The breakfast in the restaurant was much too expensive and poor - cheap watered orange juice for $6, just one toast, not nicely served.
