Amazing location and a peaceful hotel

Beautiful hotel, lovely location in the middle of China Town. Staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. Quiet and peaceful hotel to relax after a busy day seeing the sights

Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend to friends.

It was good, quiet, helpful staff, good location and felt very safe. 12 moon check out was very helpful.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at, the location was at the start of Chinatown,very quiet and the staff were happy and helpful. Would go back again👍

Overall,It's been a good experience-friendly staff esp.Maria.Good location,and safe place to stay.

I love most is the location.It is very accessible to everything-restos,mini grocery stores, transports and tour spots where you can just take few walks to get there.Of course, safety-wise, the place is secured with policemen roving around to ensure safety of everyone.

Well,it's not a hotel issue actually.We spent 4 days of stay and all throughout,it's been pouring rains.We haven't had completed our trip goals as planned.

Great value for what you get!

Fantastic location right outside of Chinatown and close to lots of other great food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amenities are about what you’d expect in a 3 star hotel in a large city like SF.

Bathroom didn’t appear to have a fan.

We were traveling with an infant and this hotel was great for our family. The room was spacious. The staff was very kind. The location was perfect. The rooftop was a nice surprise. I recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spaceous and have well sized bathrooms. Overall, the interior isn't the most modern, but everything is looked clean.

Unlike advertised on booking.com, this hotel does NOT have available parking. They used to have a cooperation with a nearby garage, which is not the case anymore sind Covid-19, as the receptionist told us. It was extremely frustrating for us to find out no parking is available and that we had to use a nearby garage where rates were super expensive and no check in/check out was available. So, if you're often checking in and out of the garage, you'll either get ripped of by the expensive rates because daily rates won't apply, or you'll need to find a different garage that supports this. We've explicitly chosen this hotel also because of the advertised available parking. My impression was that the hotel is very aware of this and many customers before us were surprised by this. The hotel seems not very motivated to update this, potentially because it attracts additional travelers...

Very zen, well appointed, stylish spaces. Rooms are large, very comfortable, bathroom was huge. They are LEED green certified and it shows. Nice attention to detail. Coffee that is provided is well above average, towels are luxurious. Price is reasonable for San Francisco and the location is great. We had a corner room with nice views and it was very quiet. Staff are very helpful. They are knowledgeable about places to eat and the area. Highly recommend this hotel. We would go back in a heartbeat. Eat at Cafe de la Presse across the street. It's delicious

Great value for money! Super clean

Great location. Our room was really clean and bigger than expected.

The local area doesn't feel very safe at night. We checked in quite late and the front door was locked, understandably. Ice and filtered water were located on a different floor. No microwave.

Great hotel/ perfect location very close to China town

Location is great. Room is very clean and tidy. Staff is very helpful and polite. Also the reception team are really sweet and helpful. they gave us all the information we need and directed us all places we were heading to.
