Excellent service, 100% clean

Excellent place, it was clean, the attention I received from the moment I called until I arrived was quite attentive, the rooms very clean and very comfortable, I would stay again when I have to be near the airport.

Everything was fine, so far I have no complaints about anything

Budget accommodation near the airport.

It's good to have a shuttle.

I requested to reschedule this because my flight was cancelled. The hotel told me Booking would have to change the schedule. I requested booking to chance my schedule. Booking said it would check with the hotel. But, I was not rebooked. When my flight arrived (a day late) I had already paid for the room, and had not been rescheduled. My flight was cancelled due to weather.

es gab kein wirkliches Frühstück wegen Corona, allerdings hatten sie Rühreier auf dem Buffet stehen.. die waren kalt, kein Service da um was zu fragen wenn man was wollte. es gab 1 mini muffin und 1 Joghurt als Frühstück to go.. keiner der Leute im Hotel trug Masken, wenig Wegweiser zur Orientierung im Hotel.. hab die Lobby zufällig wieder gefunden.

Great value for travellers

Smooth transfer to the airport in the morning - shuttle was great and the process was very clear. Front desk staff was also very helpful in overall communication. The best was comfy and the room was sparse but clean. I also was pleasantly surprised by makeup remover wipes among the toiletries!

Not much in the area (which suited me fine as I was simply catching an early flight)

I like its location which is near to the airport and shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. The drivers were friendly. The room was spacious and clean

Racist Establishment and Unprofessional - Fraud and Theft on Your Banking Card

This establishment is one of the worst I have ever stayed. The staff is extremely racist and unreasonable. Find a better location for your stay!!!

My card was charged $100 for damages that were already there when I checked into the room. This not a professional establishment, and they will charge your card whenever and whatever they feel like without reason. It's not worth the money or time.

Lovely stay!

Fantastic staff, Melissa was so helpful & lovely! The shuttle operators were great! Comfy bed, clean room, great facilities & peaceful suburb location.

Water dispensing machine (is part of a juice dispenser) and is only available at breakfast time. The alternatives are a water fountain or vending machine bottled water.

Give you all the basics

This place is basic but ticks all the boxes, they provide free shuttle which is very useful. The room is presentable and has all the necessary usual amenities. They just need to improve their breakfast.

Expect a very basic breakfast. As of May 2023, you have a choice between 'grab and go' (muffin, yogurt and cereal bar) or make waffles and have them with tea or coffee along with orange or apple juice - which may be enough for some but not for others.

Room was okay for the price. Comfortable double beds

Bathroom was very tiny and had no sink. It was located in the room on the wall. There was also a sign saying that they changed sheets every 3 days, which was unsettling. Also, the pool was very small, had hairs and a dead ant in it and was right next to reception with a huge window to be uncomfortably veered at by other customers

Basic but comfortable.

This hotel is conveniently located to Chicago O'hare airport, it is right next to a busy road, but the road noise at night was minimal. This is a place where you get what you pay for, it is fine for an overnight stay when on route to somewhere else. The room was spacious and the facilities were good. Be was comfortable.

I have a hard time with hotels because the beds are usually uncomfortable. I found the beds at this hotel very comfortable. I slept very well.

The shower was bad. Not nearly enough water pressure. I love a nice hot shower, but without good water pressure, it was not very enjoyable.

Our shuttle was easy to spot & on time. Staff was friendly & we would stay here again.

Breakfast was basic which is ok as we’re not big breakfast eaters. Room was quiet & clean

We had a handicapped room. But odd as the toilet wasn’t raised, towels were high up & a tub not shower. We were fine but NOT safe for someone more restricted
