La ubicación es muy buena. Junto a un barrio agradable de Jersey y bien comunicado con Manhattan.
La cama es muy cómoda, la encontré ideal.
La decoración recuerda el estilo de los 90, lo que no es el mayor problema. Me gusto mucho menos que el tono y colores son deprimentes. Lo que sumado a la luz poco adecuada, fría, hace que la estancia en la habitación resulte poco agradable, al menos para mi.

La vue sur la Sky Line - les transports en commun facile d’accès et très proche de l’hôtel (quelques mètres pour le bus et le bateau qui se rend à NY en maxi 10 minutes). Literie ultra confortable et chambre spacieuse. Personnel avenant et à l’écoute
Petit déjeuner trop cher- le ménage était fait uniquement sur demande au lieu de tous les jours.

Loooooved the view! The room was very spacious and sooo comfortable. Such a great value for those two things. Plus, you have multiple options of getting around (bus stop that's a few minutes walk from the hotel, ferry station that's an even shorter walk from the hotel, and quick cab options--although one refused to take us into Manhattan!)
The room type has a photo of a bathtub, but after I booked I was told none of those room types have a bathtub. Not sure why there's a photo of it, which is confusing. The TV also kept making loud crackling noises. The coffee maker didn't seem to stop dripping water so we had to quickly unplug it so it didn't overflow.

Le personnel et la vue sur Manhattan depuis la chambre.
L'emplacement car le bus est obligatoire pour atteindre NYC donc cela complique le retour le soir surtout avec des enfants. Le ferry est une option mais à 34 usd pour deux adultes et deux enfants en aller simple c'est cher et les ports pas très rassurants la nuit. Opter pour un "Lyft"!
Nous avions prévu un canapé lit pour deux personnes mais c'est un clic-clac vraiment pas confortable.

Il ristorante interno propone un ottima cucina ed è ben curato.Personale molto gentile.
Il secure deposite payment,che teoricamente a quanto dice booking si aggira sulle 100 euro,in realtà a noi hanno trattenuto 450 euro e ci restituiranno fra 2 settimane probabilmente.

Приємний готель. Комфортний номер. Смачні сніданки. Дозволяються домашні тварини, але стягується плата. Гарний вид з вікна. Велика м'яка постіль.
Я заплатила за номер 544 доллара при бронюванні, але в готелі при заселенні зняли з карти 700, які мали повернути утримавши 150 за тварину, але досі не повернули. Сподіваюсь повернуть, бо більше ніде не було таких депозитів в готелях.
Ще один мінус - поганий вай фай в номері, хочете кращий - платіть))

Location is excellent - walkable to shops and cafes and restaurants, very quick access to Manhattan. Room size and bathroom size are great.
Cleanliness - there was food from a prior guest on the sofa, a half-used travel sized lotion tube (from another guest) in the bathroom. Heat/air conditioning unit poorly maintained - extremely noisy, we had to shut it off in order to sleep. Bathroom is very dark - not enough light to put makeup on.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick nach Manhattan - traumhaft! Tolle Alternative zu den (teureren) Hotels in Manhattan. Das Hotel ist vom zentral gelegenen Manhattener Port Authority Terminal mit dem Bus 158 über den Lincoln Tunnel erreichbar, wir hatten nur einmal etwas Stau, ansonsten dauerte die Fahrt immer nur rund 10 Minuten. Das Busticket (3 Dollar) muss extra gekauft werden (das Hotel liegt ja bereits in New Jersey), aber das ist es mehr als wert. Alternativ legt eine kleine Personenfähre alle 20 Minuten direkt vor dem Hotel nach Manhattan ab (9,50 Dollar pro Person). Auch das Frühstück im Hotel ist top und muss nicht unbedingt um 30 Dollar pauschal im Vorhinein gebucht werden - man kann alles a la carte bestellen. Wir haben um jeweils ca. 15 Dollar top gefrühstückt. Wir würden das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

The location of this hotel is perfect. You can walk around the harbor. There are cute blocks of shops and restaurants to explore close by. The location is top tier.
The room. I didn't like that I was on the furthest tower from the from. It was a long haul from the room to the lobby, that was somewhat annoying. Also the AC unit in the room I had was extremely LOUD. like I couldnt sleep loud.
However, I talked with management, they were understanding and helpful. They discounted the room for me, which I very much appreciated.

La atención de recepción. El primer día tuvimos problemas con la aplicación de taxi, me acerqué a recepcion a solicitar que llamara un taxi, me dijo que por política del hotel no se lo permitía. Luego le pedí me indicara como comprar tickets de bus o tren para poder movilizarme y me dijo no sé. Muy mala actitud de la chica, debo decir.

It is great location with a fantastic view of the NYC skyline steps away from NYC-bound boat and bus service. Large well appointed room in good condition. Very clean. Pleasant and attentive staff.
The facility is quite old, and despite being kept in good order, the age is showing. The main feedback is the smell in the lobby areas - like decades of car air freshener. Would be helpful to put a new layer of paint or replace carpets to give this otherwise perfect facility a new lease of life.

For a 4 star place I was disappointed to find hair all over my bed. Also the restaurant hangs up on calls without taking them which was super frustrating.

Scarsa attenzione ai dettagli. Nel bagno non c’era un tappetino antiscivolo nella vasca e sono caduto facendo la doccia a rischio di rompermi il femore. Parcheggio scoperto antistante la struttura a pagamento. Internet veloce a pagamento.

Die Aussicht!
Wir hatten ein Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett und einem nicht klappbaren Sofa. Jede Beschwerde wurde ignoriert. Stattdessen brachte man uns Bettzeug für die dritte Person. An der Rezeption war man der Meinung, dass das Doppelbett für drei Personen groß genug sei.
Zusätzlich wurden über 9 Dollar pro Person und pro Tag für das WLAN berechnet und 35 Dollar für den Parkplatz.
Das Personal war absolut inkompetent und nicht in der Lage, mit Beschwerden umzugehen.

Very welcoming staff, lovely spacious rooms, we had a city view room and it was perfect. Excellent transport links to manhattan. Loved having access to a pool.
The hotel staff are lovely but the breakfast team in the restaurant were disappointing, food was excellent but the service was slow.

The location is perfect. Bus station is just right across so going to and from NY is easy. You can also jog around as this is just along the harbor. The hotel room is also big and the view is great, Manhattan skyline. It also has the basic toiletries you will need and not like the other hotels which has super tiny bottles or sachets and tiny tinny bar soap.
This is not common to hotels I stayed in abroad and not sure if that is normal but I think it would be nicer if there is a slipper provided like those disposable ones.

Wir hatten ein sehr geräumiges Zimmer und das Glück, dass unser Zimmer einen direkten super Ausblick auf die Skyline von Manhattan hatte. Den Ausblick kann man aber auch entlang des Flusses genießen. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür und nur 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Times Square. Top!

L'emplacement était idéal, en effet le bus juste en bas de l'hôtel facilitait grandement les sorties. Le personnel est à l'écoute souriant et disponible. J'y suis allé pour les vacances de noël, l'ambiance de noël était bien au rendez-vous.
Le seul point négatif que j'ai à dire s'est déroulé au moment du check-in, on nous a dit que je n'avais pas payé alors que la totalité avait été réglée sur booking même, il a fallu que j'insiste pour dire quand même. Donc moment de stresse après plusieurs heures de vol. Le double-check avant de donner une info est nécessaire ! (cette mésaventure n'est qu'un détail mais je prefere remonter cette information pour que ça ne se reproduise pas pour les autres)

Great location, easy access to City, big rooms.
1. Staff were very poor and below standards for Sheraton. Unable to deal with the multiple issues we had. Cleaning staff were rude.
2. Hotel charged for additional room, didn’t reverse charge until a week after our stay.
3. Pool needed access from staff which took a long time.
4. Cleaning staff broke laptop while cleaning, hotel staff accused us of lying about it.
5. Cleaning staff cleaned rooms at 5:30pm and took 30 minutes for a average cleaning job.

Bus frequency is poor for NY.Only whole foods is there which is 7 min away
No food shops around there.

La habitación fue espectacularmente grande. Hay que pagar el plus de habitacion con vista a la ciudad. definitivamente lo vale. Es una ubicacion ideal para hacer turismo o negocios por varios dias. el bus toma poco tiempo de viaje, pero hayq ue tener la appy comprar los tkts por adelantado. funciona muy bien la app para saber a que hora llegara el bus a la parada.
iluminación de la habitacion, como todo hotel en USA tiene poca luz. por lo demas es un hotel sumamnete recomendable!!!!
