Great location, staff were lovely and really welcoming. we were really surprised at the room, it was much nicer than we anticipated. bathroom was lovely as well!

A few days before we arrived, we noticed it was about $300 cheaper which was annoying. The breakfast is basic, but there’s more than enough food to keep you going!

Needs renovations here and there. Smell in the room and the hallway. Breakfast was ok Covid style, so do not expect much since it’s for free. No restaurant in the hotel.

Great location on Sunset Strip. Easy parking.

they had said they would refund the parking fee because of the lapse in the service of cleaning my room. they didn’t do reverse the charge

No bar. No housekeeping, bin was overflowing ( we did ask for it to be emptied) annoying having to ask for clean towels and extra coffee every day . Paper plates and cutlery .

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in a great location. Lovely courtyard garden and pool. Very good breakfast too.

The onlt thing missing is a bar, although there are vending machines for soft drinks.

location is amazing, parking is super comfortable, food is ok just enough to get your day starting. room is very big shower is brand new and beautiful. pool is big and super nice.

The hotel is great, especially for the price in West Hollywood. The room had the amenities we needed, it was clean and spacious and the hotel pool area was really nice too. The breakfast was also good and the hotel is walking distance to the main strip of West Hollywood and there are buses that stop right outside of the hotel too.

The rooms are big and comfortable. Beds are perfect. Not too soft, not too hard.

I wish there was some basic plates/bowls/cups in the room considering there is a lovely kitchenette with microwave etc.

Good location, decent sized rooms. Staff was great ! The room was comfortable for 3 people, and having a kitchenette was convenient .

The bathroom was renovated which was done really well, the only missing item was hooks for clothes/towels !

we paid a lot for this property. wanting a larger room as travelled with the family. was really disappointed to learn there was absolutely no facilities to make food - stove, plates, cutlery etc.

Great location and helpful staff, had a tour of L.A at the front desk which we booked, was very good to hit all the big spots in one day with enough time at each location. Friendly staff at front desk.
