Very small rooms and beds

Breakfast was good. The maintenance guy was really helpful and nice. The kitchen staff was nice. The lady always nice whenever we stay there.

The air wasn’t working properly until maintenance came to check on it! Fire alarm went off during breakfast. We had to pay additional money for late check out! Just for an hour. Last year when we came it was nice different this time. I heard new management! I can say it was a guy that was wiping tables off and cleaning the salt and pepper shakers while we were eating, that was the first time seeing him. The only way I will stay again will be because of this one manager (African American-light skinned was nice) the breakfast staff, the maintenance guy & the guy who was actually wiping tables ( I think he was management) they will be my reason for coming back!

Tee A.M. Breakfast Buffet.

No water give to paying guest, until the A.M. also staff was giving myself an guest from out of town staying at this hotel the wrong direction,s to go out for dinner,and we all 8 of guest water tourists from out of town.

Location.

As soon as I stepped into the room, the bad smell attacked me, and the floor was sticky and dirty. Later on, I got a disgusting attitude from the reception. Don't need to mention the super week water stream at the shower.

breakfast was great as was the staff. Checked me in early when I had arrived earlier than expected. Exercise room was nice also. Place was clean and quite.

The location was good and hotel was reasonably priced.

The toilet didn’t want to flush properly and there was no hand soap. The shampoo dispenser needed to be replaced, it was difficult to get any shampoo out.

The location was the best thing about the stay.

The room had gnats flying around it and also the rags and towels were dingy.

good price/quality ratio, good breakfast (same in all Inn net hotels), the manager of the hotel was friendly

there is no ventilation in a room or bathroom. thus, all smells stay inside room + after shower usage room smells like basement, cuz of humidity.

Clean and friendly staff. Close to the French Quarter. Liked having breakfast.

Small room and no privacy when using the bathroom. Pillows weren’t comfortable.

It is in a great location. Most things are in an under 15 minute walk

Room wasn't vacuumed well. Breakfast was good for the first few days then went downhill. There were no meats even with more than an hour left. The cook was a little snappy in her tone.
